Excellent hotel, very comfortable & spacious room. Plenty of hbo channels & was easy to change language preference. The frigobar functioned perfectly & kept my frozen food frozen. I heard some music for a short while, but it wasn’t late. I found the breakfast above average as the chef knows how to prepare eggs nicely (not pulverized or overcooked to minuscule crumbs), but the orange juice didn’t seem authentic. Hotel staff was friendly & welcoming. My room was spotless!

Facilities: Not in use yet Hygiene: Good hygiene, very clean, floor-to-ceiling windows on upper floors Environment: The view from the high-rise is very good. The main opposite is the Leon Convention and Exhibition Center. It is just across the road. It is convenient for exhibitors and accommodation. It is about 900 meters away from the Bus station. It's also convenient Service: There is a problem with the settlement between this hotel and Ctrip. There are problems with check-in and check-out. Ctrip is actively handling the problem.

Good location ,clean and good service,

Several years I stayed in this hotel. Now everything changed. It is much better. While the WIFI connection is not so good, and in the midnight there are annoying noises. And for us, the most important thing is there is no one speak English! Anyway, it is better compared with others

Old mexican hotel, good location, safe on the room, some bad smell at times
