Excellent hotel, very comfortable & spacious room. Plenty of hbo channels & was easy to change language preference. The frigobar functioned perfectly & kept my frozen food frozen. I heard some music for a short while, but it wasn’t late. I found the breakfast above average as the chef knows how to prepare eggs nicely (not pulverized or overcooked to minuscule crumbs), but the orange juice didn’t seem authentic. Hotel staff was friendly & welcoming. My room was spotless!

The room is OK, the health is very clean, there is a gym, everything is fine. Breakfast is relatively simple, eating a sandwich and drinking coffee is OK. Overall satisfaction, the price is acceptable within 500.

They gave my reservation to another person, and registered it with my name, and the room that you book and pay did not respect me and gave me another very different one to pay. PESIMO AND TERRIBLE SERVICE, the rescueable, the night auditor trying to solve the situation, should hire more personnel to help him, especially in high season days.

很美式風格，自助早餐，咖啡，水果。可以喝的熱水。整潔衞生。

The hotel is good, but the facilities are very old, the old-fashioned air conditioning is very very noisy, and the floor has been cracked. There is a big shopping center next door, and there are quite a lot of restaurants nearby.

Good location ,clean and good service,

Old mexican hotel, good location, safe on the room, some bad smell at times
