In the morning, I asked to cancel, and they said yes, later, but they ignored me until the cancellation date expired. Okay, fine. A cockroach appeared in the room! Great! The air conditioning was very noisy and I couldn't turn it off. Great! I argued for almost 30 minutes about breakfast; they told me their system wasn't working properly until the manager arrived. Great! The gym is bad. Also, many police officers stay at the hotel; it doesn't look like a hotel. It looks like a police station."
