There is a very good view out of the hotel. The room is clean. A very good taste restaurant just next to the hotel. The Hotel is along with the Jeju trail where is very good for walking along on the sea side.

I traveled to Jeju Island with my daughter and we stayed in Hamdeok for the first three days. For the last two days, I wanted to be closer to the airport, so we decided to stay in the city. After a lot of searching and comparing prices, location, and reviews of hotels in the area, we settled on this one. Overall, it's a good hotel with excellent value for money. It's clean and quiet at night, set back a bit from the road. It's about a five-minute walk to Lotte Duty Free, and along the way, there are places like Gamjatang (pork bone soup) restaurants, Olive Young, and ABC Mart, as well as other souvenir shops. It's very convenient for taking taxis, shopping, and dining. The airport is also very close, about a ten-minute taxi ride. The hotel staff were okay; not overly enthusiastic, but not rude either. For this price point, it's perfectly fine.

Since my flight arrived at night, I chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport. I hopped on the 365 bus right after leaving the airport and got off in less than ten minutes. The road was pitch black with no pedestrians. Being alone, I was quite scared and practically ran the whole way. It took me about fifteen minutes to reach the hotel, which felt a bit out of the way. The guy at the front desk was very friendly, and the room was clean. However, anyone can go up the elevator, which made me a bit uneasy. The price was great, and I'd recommend it if you're traveling with friends or family. Many Korean guests stay here.

I was very impressed with the Roan Hotel and Resort. From the amenities cleanliness staff and location. A superior experience and I had a fantastic stay. When I had to return to Jeju Airport for an early flight, the desk clerk who arranged the Uber for me arrived early just to make sure my Uber driver was on time. Tremendous customer support. Affordable great amenities WiFi sauna pool restaurant gym golf course even a 7- 11 in the hotel plus a friendly attentive staff and of course spacious clean rooms . You will not be disappointed

Good location, clean, great hostess, bus stop 5 minute walk, overall very good stay, 20 minute walk to markets.

This was my second visit. It's close to the airport, and they even offered a shuttle service to the airport in the early morning. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby. I had a comfortable stay without any inconveniences.

The Hide City was a comfortable place to stay that is less than 15 minutes from the airport via taxi. There was a washing machine and a place to cook if you chose to. There is also a place to store your luggage before you check in. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I would consider staying here again if I go to Jeju City.

Pros: * Great location at a great price, very close to shopping areas. There is a 7-Eleven right next door, and it is easy to book an Uber. The bus stop is also only about 30 meters away. * Automatic check-in and check-out, which is very efficient and convenient. Overall: 8/10 * The room is quite spacious. * Plenty of power outlets in the room, which is very convenient. Cons: * The room is quite old, and the paint on the door was already peeling off. * They use a very strong diffuser scent in the public areas, which I found quite unpleasant. * No bath towels were provided; they only offered one size of towel.

This hotel is right by Hamdeok Beach, which makes it super convenient for beach access. The facilities are actually among the newest of all the hotels I stayed at on this trip. We checked in at 4 PM. I'd seen reviews mentioning that Chinese guests might be assigned lower floors, and sure enough, both our families were given rooms on the 2nd floor. When we asked, they just said there were no other rooms available. We stayed one night, checked out the next day, and left our luggage to go to the beach. When we came back for our bags, we saw a Korean person checking in who was given a room on the 7th floor.

Very good hotel. It’s not close to airport,but the distance is not that long (by taxi). Ordered taxi using airport wi-fi, payed by cash. Very nice receptionists. Clean room,pool on the roof with a nice view. There were not many people (in July). We arrived late but it wasn’t a problem to check in and there is a shop nearby which works at night. There are also some cafes and bars around. Beach is very close,you can go by walk. There are also restaurants and bars on the way. 100% good choice even if you stay for 2 nights.
