Jeju City Hostels

My friend and I stayed here for two nights during our three-day trip to Jeju, after seeing recommendations online that it was run by Chinese owners. The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to get around, and it's less than a ten-minute walk to Shilla Duty Free. The hotel is incredibly clean; even the water stains in the bathroom were perfectly removed, and all the nooks and crannies were thoroughly cleaned. You'd never guess it's an older hotel. They provide power strips, so you don't need to bring your own adapter. Toothpaste, toothbrushes, combs, and even skincare products are all supplied. The price is also very reasonable, and the owner is lovely and kind. Luggage storage is very convenient. I would definitely come back again! 🫶

Women only guesthouse. The sense of safety is worth the price. It’s not difficult to list what it to be loved about the place. Comfortable bedding, luggage storage before and after check in if you have a late flight, relaxing space on the first floor, cleanliness. The complimentary breakfast made by the staff is above standards. I’m so grateful to be able to taste seaweed clam soup and Korean rice, and making your own eggs. But there are also options of bread and butter, and cereal. Fresh coffee, tea and water are also provided. At the end of the day it is a shared space and not always perfect in regards to noise, sometimes it can be noisy after 11pm. But the girls I stayed with were very nice and majority of times are open to chatting and communicating regards to lights out times. There was an incident with one staff member in the morning who wore black headphones, pink loungewear and had dark glasses. She was a bit rude regards to surroundings and almost hit me while opening the upper cupboard doors and fridge. Later, she was also disrespectful to another Chinese guest who wanted to ask a question at the front desk. Aside from this I truly enjoyed my stay here in central Jeju, and found it very comfortable and had decent privacy with the curtains. The guests were overall very respectful and I had the pleasure to meet nice people. I look forward to staying here again if I visit Jeju again.

I was genuinely very happy with this location, especially because we were travelling around Jeju without a car. The hotel is literally only a 2–3 minute walk from the bus terminal — basically the main station from which buses leave for different parts of the island. This made the location incredibly convenient for us. We travelled independently to different places all over Jeju by bus and could easily return here every evening. The area itself is very quiet and pleasant, and the self check-in system worked perfectly. The only small issue was that at first I could hear a strange high-pitched noise coming from the TV, almost like an ultrasonic sound, which made it difficult to fall asleep. Eventually I realised that simply unplugging the TV completely solved the problem, and after that I slept perfectly. So if you experience the same thing, just unplug the TV from the socket. Apart from that, everything was great. I definitely recommend this place, especially for travellers without a car who want to explore Jeju by public transport. I would happily stay here again if I return to the island.

The Jade Hotel had everything you wanted for a simple and cheap stay. It‘s not far from the airport and greatly located with many restaurants and stores in walking distance. It was also very clean, the staff was nice and parking lots were provided.

The location it’s perfect. You have bus station just next, walkable distance to the market. The place it’s very clean, the elevator it’s perfectly working, they have a microwave and water dispenser. They provide amenities. The staff it’s very friendly and helpful. There is also grocery next to the hotel. I would stay there again. Good value for the money.

the hotel location is good with cafe, supermarket restaurant, convenience shops, etc. Near to airport too. Self check-in machine so whatever remarks in the Trip.com booking request is useless. One room card key is dispensed per room from the self check-in machine. Door using digital lock. We booked 2 rooms but machine dispensed key for room on different levels. there is an auto carpark system for smaller saloon car. SUV & bigger vehicle does not fit. Instruction are in Korean language only. Quite easy to park and retrieve the car. No telephone in the room. communication is via WeChat. staff speak minimum English. One lift servicing 7 units per level. Room is big & clean. Shower Gel, shampoo, hair conditioner, few clothes hangers provided. Bring all your other toiletries, bath towel, cup, cutlery, laundry detergent, etc. limited charging point.. only Korean sink-in type power socket. Microwave, family size fridge, washing machine (no dryer), electric kettle all looks quite new. Induction cooker but cooking is not permitted. Luggage storage area on ground floor without security. Leave at your own risk. during 7 days stay, fire alarm went off twice but no update from the hotel. we have to contact via WeChat or go to the office (staff is present if you are lucky) to ask if we need to evacuate. Response was slow. We get our coffee at the cafe round the corner about 2 minutes walk since the room does not provide any mugs. I will consider to stay in this hotel again.

Very satisfied. The room was clean, and the TV's Disney projection had a complete library of movies. The Disney music in the lobby was a nice touch. On the first floor, there's hot water for instant noodles and a microwave. My only minor complaint is that when staying for several days, toiletries like toilet paper and lotion weren't always fully replenished; you could ask for them during the day, but there was no one on duty at night. The location is convenient, with Baojian Road nearby offering plenty of places to walk and eat. Day tours and duty-free shops are all readily available.

This was the first guesthouse we stayed at after landing in Jeju. We planned to play in Hamdeok the next day, so we took the bus directly to the beach after arriving at the airport. We only stayed one night, so we booked this guesthouse. The 1.5-meter double bed was quite firm; I was fine with it, but my child didn't like it. The air conditioning and refrigerator were a bit noisy. However, overall, for this price right by the sea, it offers great value for money. They provided two bottles of water, a cup, and a hairdryer. But the previous guest's towel was left behind, which was a bit off-putting. The duvet was very thin, like a sheet cover. The room was spacious and quiet at night. There's an OY and CU right across the street, and a delicious samgyetang restaurant just around the corner on the back street.

Hotel is located in main location near shopping street and food street and hotel is good and decent and reception people are helpful and love to stay again

Everything was clean, from the front desk to the room. The back parking lot offers an ocean view, and the room offers a great view of the ocean as well. The proximity to the ocean makes for a great walk, and there's a 24-hour convenience store just a three-minute walk away.
