Last day of vacation I spent a good portion of time simply enjoying the view from the balcony just relaxing. When my AC had a problem the front desk helped me fix it and also provided an electric fan. Definitely recommend this hotel, and hopefully will be coming back in the future. 😊"

When we asked the staff, they told us we needed to buy a separate connector. Since we came from Australia, we ended up just watching Korean TV, which we couldn’t understand. The gym was completely out of order, so we couldn’t use it at all. However, there was one male staff member who was genuinely helpful and did his best to assist us. I really wish I had gotten his name. The swimming pool is only open during the summer season, so it wasn’t available during our stay. Overall, everything feels quite run down and in need of some serious maintenance and updates. No food option available as well."

"This is an established, star-rated hotel, conveniently located about a 10-minute taxi ride from the airport. The elevators offer glass panels with sea views, and the waterfall view in the ground floor cafe is also beautiful. The lobby has a CU convenience store, there's a GS25 by the entrance, and an Emart and a pharmacy directly across the street. The nearby neighborhood is quiet and charming, boasting a wide variety of food options like tofu soup restaurants and bakeries, as well as specialty stores like Olive Young and Patagonia, perfect for a leisurely stroll. The front desk service was excellent. They kindly stored my luggage before the 3 PM check-in time. Some staff members couldn't understand English, but they patiently found colleagues who could assist. The breakfast offered a great variety and was very good. Downsides: ① The room has limited power outlets. Once the lamp is plugged in, there aren't many other available sockets, so I recommend bringing a small power strip. ② The bathroom has a bathtub, which might be less convenient for elderly guests. ③ Since it wasn't air-conditioning season, the only ventilation in the room was by opening the window. However, there was a slight noise from planes taking off and landing at the distant airport. If you're a light sleeper, you might want to bring earplugs, though it was quiet in the middle of the night."

"This is a standard city hotel, about a 10-minute drive from the airport. I tried to check in around 10 AM, and the front desk said if I was a Lotte member, I could check in immediately; otherwise, I'd have to wait until around 3 PM for the room to be ready. I signed up for membership, and they gave me a room facing the airport and the sea (the other side has a mountain view), which offered a fantastic view. I booked a family room with one single bed and one king bed, which was perfectly fine for two adults and two children. The hotel has an outdoor pool and laundry facilities, making it a good spot for a layover or quick stop. However, for a full vacation in Jeju, I'd still recommend Seogwipo. The hotel's podium building houses a Lotte Duty Free shop, which isn't very large. It's about a 10-minute walk to Baojian Road, making dining and shopping quite convenient. It's also about 2-3 blocks from Grand Hyatt, all on the same street."

"Regrettably, this was the most disappointing five-star hotel experience I have encountered. While the restaurant, guest rooms, and common areas are great, the overall stay was marred by communication with staff. The hotel's forested location, although scenic, made transportation challenging, as securing a taxi was often difficult. The fitness center, while modest, is equipped quite well. However, the personnel, particularly the front desk, was rude and unhelpful, which just ruined the overall experience. My dissatisfaction with this hotel has begun even before my arrival, as all my emails were consistently ignored. This regrettable pattern continued at check-in, where the front desk worker was talking with us in extremely rude manner. Throughout my stay, all my requests were met with impoliteness, leaving me with the feeling of being an unwanted guest. This perception was further reinforced by the difference in treatment—attentive service was extended to Korean quests, while international guests were met with noticeable discourtesy. Although the hotel's facilities are good, the service is just awful, I would definitely not recommend it for staying."

"The hotel's location is good; it's right across from Shilla Duty-Free Shop, making getting around convenient. There's also a supermarket in the lobby on the second floor, which is handy for buying things. This time, I stayed in family room 1602, which offered views of the sea and the airport. However, the air conditioning in this room wasn't working well. After maintenance came to check it out, they just gave us an extra fan, but it was still so hot we were sweating and couldn't sleep well. Also, for stays of two nights, the hotel doesn't clean the room; they only provide a few bottles of water and towels. Only guests staying three nights get one cleaning service. The room itself only had a small round table, and the bathroom counter was tiny, making it inconvenient to place items. Overall, the facilities are quite dated. In my opinion, it's fine for a one-night stay, but I wouldn't recommend it for multiple consecutive nights."
