With a stay at Mekano Apartment Hotel in Copenhagen (Vesterbro), you'll be within a 5-minute drive of Bella Center and Royal Arena. This hotel is 2.7 mi (4.4 km) from Tivoli Gardens and 3.5 mi (5.7 km) from Nyhavn. Featured amenities include luggage storage, laundry facilities, and lockers. Make yourself at home in one of the 17 guestrooms, featuring kitchenettes with refrigerators and microwaves. 43-inch Smart televisions with cable programming provide entertainment, while complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected. Conveniences include coffee/tea makers and irons/ironing boards.

"We had a wonderful stay at our Mekano Apartment. I highly recommend it or any of the other Nord Collection properties based on their wonderful service. We arrived very late at night but thanks to detailed directions, we were easily able to find the apartment. The place was very clean, very safe and they kindly stocked coffee pods and tea. There is a Circle K right next door so we were easily able to grab a few things for the morning. The location couldn't have been better for us as it was half way between the central hub of Copenhagen and our friend's place. The Metro station is about a 3-5 min walk, the train runs every few minutes so we never had to wait and it is a direct ride (maybe 10 minutes) into the city center. Very convenient. There is also a fantastic coffee house right near the metro station as well as a grocery store. I am so happy that I found this property and look forward to staying again on any future trip to Copenhagen."

A stay at A Hotels City places you in the heart of Copenhagen, within a 15-minute walk of Tivoli Gardens and City Hall Square. This hotel is 0.6 mi (0.9 km) from Strøget and 1.7 mi (2.7 km) from Nyhavn. This hotel offers designated smoking areas. Featured amenities include express check-in, express check-out, and multilingual staff. Stay in one of 28 guestrooms featuring LCD televisions. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and cable programming is available for your entertainment. Bathrooms with showers are provided. Conveniences include desks and blackout drapes/curtains, and housekeeping is provided on request.

"The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. However, the closet was small and inconvenient. A hairdryer was provided. There were two beautiful lamps, but nowhere to plug them in. One power outlet didn't work, leaving only one functional outlet to charge a phone. A mini-fridge was also present, but there was no available outlet for it. The TV had a poor signal, though YouTube was accessible. The shared bathroom was very clean, with plenty of hot water, soap, and shampoo. Cleanliness was perfect; our towels were changed. There was no physical staff at the front desk. We encountered an issue with the entry code, which was resolved via the doorbell's intercom system. This place is definitely geared towards tech-savvy guests! I had internet access but no phone signal to receive the SMS confirmation required for online check-in. Luckily, they assisted us via the intercom, and we managed to sort everything out."

This hotel is right in the city center, which isn't ideal for major attractions, but it was super convenient for where I needed to go (Copenhagen University). It's entirely self-service. My room was in a separate small building in the courtyard, so I ended up dragging my suitcase around the main building for twenty minutes before I found it! 😅 The room had a fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, and a fridge, which was great for cooking. However, there was a strong food smell every time I opened the fridge, and my duvet also had a very noticeable food smell near the head area. I had to turn it around to sleep at night. 😭 The hotel doesn't offer room cleaning services; if you want it cleaned or linens changed, you have to pay extra. The only seating in the entire room was a small sofa under the TV, and I kept bumping my head on the TV – it wasn't very practical. It really could use another chair. Still, for Copenhagen, the price of this hotel was quite cheap.

Excellent value for money hotel. Very well located, just a few hundred meters from Central Station and Tivoli Gardens in the Vesterbro district. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. They offer a delicious breakfast buffet at a very reasonable price for Copenhagen. The staff is very friendly. They also have bike rentals at a good price and a free luggage storage service. I would definitely stay here again.

Reasonable hotel to stay in. The room is small just enough to fit 2 single beds. There's a writing table with chair for writing or working. The bed is small but comfortable. The toilet is clean. No toiletries proving except for soap a d shampoo. Basic amenities. Hotel is just next to Burger King and walking distance to the shopping mall. Food is easily available. There's also a halal Japanese food in the shopping mall. Hotel is also near to the metro train station to go to the city centre.

It’s a cozy and amazing place, located just outside the metro. I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days, and I would definitely choose this hotel again. The staff are very friendly, and they even offer complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby — which is great, considering a coffee in Copenhagen usually costs around $8. Here, it’s free and served with a smile. The heater also works really well; for Asians who don’t like the cold, it can go all the way up to 29°C. Thank you to all the staff — my stay was truly wonderful.

I stayed recently with my husband for 2 nites. The WiFi is non existent. We were allocated the attic room, maybe cos of that the wifi signal is v bad. The signal keeps dropping that it gets so frustrating we end up using our own data. Informed reception twice but it’s of no use, nothing is being done to rectify the issue. The only saving grace of this hotel is the location which is near train station.

Pros: The lobby is incredibly spacious, featuring various bars, an outdoor sports area, and a good selection of indoor table games. It's very well-equipped. The air conditioning in the lobby was also incredibly refreshing (so much so that I'd just sit there whenever I had nothing else to do). Cons: There was absolutely no air conditioning or fan in the room. I visited around June 24th, right during a European heatwave, with temperatures around 28 degrees Celsius. The room was incredibly stuffy, and I woke up drenched in sweat, unable to get a good night's sleep. (The room was also quite cramped, and I was so disappointed that I didn't even take any pictures of it...). If I opened the windows, the noise from outside was unbearable because the hotel is located near a bar street. While safety wasn't an issue, it was really hard to get some quiet rest. Opening the window was too noisy, closing it was too hot – it was a lose-lose situation. This place has excellent reviews, but if air conditioning is a priority for you, you really need to choose carefully... Also, if you haven't checked in yet or have already checked out and need to store your luggage, the lockers come with a fee.

We arrived early, the front desk staff kindly checked us in straight away. AC was working when we entered the room. Cool and refreshing. At the reception area we could access to still water and sparkling water, various tea bags and instant coffee. In the room there’s a kettle to make own drinks. The bathroom is spacious with bathtub and shower combo. I would say this hotel is family friendly with lots of activities, board games, swimming pool. Breakfast was included, we thought it was very good with tea leaves, fresh coffee, energy drink, cold cuts, hot meals, and very popular for kids were make your own waffles. A short walk to metro station, nearby amusement park, even so this hotel located rather quiet area

Good stay in this hotel. Great location for us. Nearby city center and main attractions( including the football stadium). Clean room, standard. Maybe improvement can be made on the shower (water doesn’t go through smoothly) and the plug socket on right side of the bed isn’t easy to plug in. Except these great help from night shift staff

good sized apartment very close to the airport. luggage storage was very useful for early flight arrival. all the basic amenities were present, and place is clean. gym pass for the gym downstairs was a bonus. Just two points to note 1. be aware that there's construction work going on at the external facade. drilling and hacking will start around 830am. for early risers its ok, but it did wake us up especially after a long flight with time differences and hoping to catch some sleep on the first night. 2. the shower area didn't have a curtain and just an immobile top spray, which resulted in wet floors. not separate shampoo and conditioner. just one unmarked bottle of watery liquid. had to buy own shower foam, shampoo and conditioner.

This is a no-frills hotel that is good for a short stay. The location is fantastic as it is within walking distance to the main station for metros and trains. The room was very big and we could lay out both of our large suitcases with ease. The neighbourhood is lively but the room was insulated from the hustle and bustle from the streets and we had a good sleep during our stay.
