"This hostel is the best stay for my trip. Everything ais good. The hotel is decorated with woods, so mostly all are wooden made. Very classy & super clean. Very friendly & helpful stuff. Have free cleaning services. The hostel just in front of the old town which at night u can walk around.
Also very near the Fu Si Miao about 15 min walks. There are plenty of restaurant just outside the hostel. Good taste and not expensive too.

"The hotel is in a good location, not far from the train station and in a busy area! The room is not big, it is quite standard, compact and small! The hygiene and bedding comfort are average, nothing to praise! I would like to mainly comment on the hotel's facilities and service attitude. First, the bathroom is small and inconvenient for taking a shower. The air conditioning starts slowly and can't heat up for a while. The room is too cold and I dare not take off my clothes. This needs improvement. Secondly, the room network is out of order. I couldn't connect to the wireless network. I asked the hotel engineer to come over and say that the network cable was broken and needed to be repaired by professionals from the telecommunications company. The next day, the professionals checked and said that the set-top box had been replaced and needed to be reconfigured. It took two days for the repair to be completed. There was no internet or TV, which was very frustrating. I had to change to another hotel. The second thing was that the hotel did not accept objective and true reviews, and used long speeches to refute my reviews. I don't think it was necessary. Since they don't accept bad reviews, The key is to improve the service! It's really not worth it to say that I threatened them with bad reviews. Since I have made such a confident rebuttal, why should I delete and change it? Instead of going to so much trouble to discredit my review, it is better to be realistic and implement the service at the hotel front desk. It is really better than saying anything. "The room was clean and tidy, the price was reasonable, transportation was convenient, and it wasn't far from Tianshui Ancient Town. The room was fully equipped, and the breakfast was simple but delicious, especially the soy milk. Cons: The windows needed cleaning, and the river view photos weren't clear. There was only one main switch or outlet on one side of the bed, which was inconvenient."

Every detail here is hidden in ingenuity - old posters on the wall are imprinted with time, books on the shelves are lazi, and even the corner of the corridor may meet a cup of freshly prepared hand-made coffee. Hotel location is very good to find, just on the side of the road, the hotel has its own parking lot, parking is very convenient, the hotel staff, warm and thoughtful, breakfast is rich, there are many places to eat around, very convenient, the room, soft bed is covered with skin-friendly bedding, The floor-to-ceiling window frame lived in the street view or night of Tianshui. When I was tired, I took a hot bath and took a sip of the hotel's special coffee. The journey gradually dissipated. The hotel is conveniently located close to Tianshui South Station and Maiji Mountain Scenic Area.
The hygiene is particularly in place. Whether it is bedding, desktop or bathroom, the room is clean and comfortable. There is no smell or dust at all. It is especially safe to live.
The breakfast is super rich, both Chinese and Western, hot dishes, snacks, fruits, drinks are all available, the taste is also very online, can meet the needs of different tastes, eat very satisfied every morning.
The most surprising thing is the smart home in the whole house. The lights, curtains and air conditioners can be controlled by voice. It is convenient to operate and has a sense of technology, which instantly improves the living.

PPeterThis is a REALLY nice hotel. Unfortunately, although it is practically right next to one of the city's two train stations, the location is far from ideal. Yes, there are many restaurants close by. But Tianshui is an oddly laid out city. Look on a map and you will see two distinct parts to the city. This hotel, along with the two train stations and the airport are in the eastern city. But all the most interesting city attractions are within the west part. And the two parts are very far from each other.
Again, this is a nice, quiet, comfortable hotel. And I often try to stay at hotels near transportation centers such as train stations. The view from my room was fabulous- mountains and a train station.
But for anyone visiting Tianshui, I'd suggest you look closely at a map and take a close look at the sites within the city you are likely to visit! (To add to within-town transportation challenges, not even a single time was I able to get a ride using the normally useful ”Didi” application. This meant that it was a constant ”old school” process of trying to flag down available taxis.
Anyway, again I will emphasize, the hotel is great. It is the layout of the city itself that presents challenges that make this location difficult.

On the first day, there was a young man, and I can understand that boys don't like to talk. On the second day, there were two girls, they chatted and laughed, and I didn't see how enthusiastic they were towards the guests. In addition, there were still children playing in the yard after midnight. The hotel should have given reminders or prohibited them. It is understandable that the children are excited to play, but it is midnight and others also need to rest. The hotel did not do a good job in related work and just created such a good-looking environment. I hope that the management can be strengthened and it can be built into a local representative homestay with comfortable soft and hard environments as soon as possible.

I originally planned to stay in Tianshui city, but unexpectedly found that Gangu County was on the road network to Gannan. Since I was bringing a baby, I chose a chain store, thinking that it would be better in terms of hygiene. ! Facts have proved that it is really cost-effective. The price is much cheaper than in the city. The whole house is smart, very new and clean. Both adults and children are very satisfied. We have discussed staying in Orange if we pass by here again when we return! By the way, we arrived at around 11 o'clock in the evening. The young lady at the front desk was very helpful and patient. She showed us the room before checking in! It's really great!

GGuest UserCome to Maiji District, Tianshui again. The hotel I found on Ctrip is very cost-effective. It is next to the old train station, but not noisy. The front desk service is very good, and the room was upgraded directly. The staff said that it was completely renovated in 2023, the glass is double-thickened and soundproof, and the facilities are very new. There is an entrance to the underground shopping street just outside the entrance,and many convenience shops. It is just a few minutes walk away from the pedestrian shopping street.
