Simple, sincere, capable, modern merchants are rare! Very suitable for making friends! You can help book tickets, drive to the scenic spot, there is no routine, everything is for the sake of the guests, even if you live less and make money, you will still give the most pertinent suggestions to the guests, and the character is first-rate. The hotel is close to the grottoes, walking a little distance, the winter mountain is very cold at night, but the store has prepared the heating equipment very well, and does not feel cold at night. The equipment is simple and practical, and there is direct drinking water in the unexpected room! This is afraid that many hotels do not have the facilities. In short, very satisfied! Just like the name, like ”far home”!

GGuest UserWhen driving to Maijishan North Gate, we had to call the owner because we were about to enter the scenic area. He arrived very quickly, leading the way in his car, and we were there in no time. We chose a room on the first floor, where roses were blooming beautifully outside the window, and we could park our car right in the courtyard. The next morning, after breakfast, the owner and his wife each drove a car to take all the guests to the main entrance of the scenic area, saving everyone dozens of yuan. For lunch, we ordered a large plate of chicken at the owner's place, and it was delicious. It was a very pleasant trip.

MM396413****The hotel facilities are complete, and all staff members are exceptionally kind and always willing to help. We brought our child, and not only did they provide us with disposable amenities for kids, but they also upgraded our room. The hotel has an underground parking garage, and since our car was quite large and had items on the roof rack, the staff actively contacted someone to help us watch it. The room itself was well-equipped, clean, and hygienic. The hotel also features a laundry room (with a dryer, garment steamer, iron, and laundry detergent) and a gym. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Exceptional Service: The front desk staff went above and beyond. When my spouse needed medical attention, they were incredibly proactive in helping us find a nearby pharmacy and a doctor at the hospital. Their support during a stressful moment was world-class. Prime Location: You couldn’t ask for a better spot. The hotel is ideally located near major attractions like the Fuxi Temple and the Ancient City. Plus, the access to public transportation made navigating the area completely stress-free. The Room: Our room was impressively big and kept spotlessly clean. After a long day of exploring, the very comfortable bed was exactly what we needed. Housekeeping: The cleaning ladies were so accommodating and friendly; they clearly take great pride in their work and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast: The buffet breakfast was fantastic with a huge variety of options to choose from every morning. This hotel combines comfort, convenience, and heart-felt service. It is the perfect base for exploring Tianshui!

GGuest UserThis is a REALLY nice hotel. Unfortunately, although it is practically right next to one of the city's two train stations, the location is far from ideal. Yes, there are many restaurants close by. But Tianshui is an oddly laid out city. Look on a map and you will see two distinct parts to the city. This hotel, along with the two train stations and the airport are in the eastern city. But all the most interesting city attractions are within the west part. And the two parts are very far from each other. Again, this is a nice, quiet, comfortable hotel. And I often try to stay at hotels near transportation centers such as train stations. The view from my room was fabulous- mountains and a train station. But for anyone visiting Tianshui, I'd suggest you look closely at a map and take a close look at the sites within the city you are likely to visit! (To add to within-town transportation challenges, not even a single time was I able to get a ride using the normally useful ”Didi” application. This meant that it was a constant ”old school” process of trying to flag down available taxis. Anyway, again I will emphasize, the hotel is great. It is the layout of the city itself that presents challenges that make this location difficult.
