"我很少自己寫評價，華住會的房子也住過不少，但是這個真的要好好寫一寫，確實比我想象的還要好一點，在天水這樣的酒店，真的不多，因為要過生日，所以要找一個比較好的酒店去拍照片，給我開個生日party，這個酒店是新開的，是朋友推薦給我的，因為他們結婚的宴席放在了這個酒店，抱着試一試的心態，我訂了他們的房間，結果沒有想到，哇塞，真的很nice，房間乾淨，整體服務非常到位，停車還很方便，他們是2026年的6月20號開業的，首先大堂環境非常大氣，一進門前廳接待小夥子幫我拿東西，前台服務也非常到位，因為我們要過生日，客房部的瑞瑞小姐姐還給我們精心送了一份水果送到房間，非常感謝，停車也很方便，位置在仿古街對面，如果來天水旅遊的話，直接走一分鐘就可以吃到天水各種美味的早餐，這個位置去麥積山也很方便，最重要的是房間房間還可以看到河景，如果是出行旅遊或者過生日，這裏真的是一個挺不錯的選擇，算是華住會旗下輕奢級別的，在攜程上的價格也是非常合適的，唯一不足的就是那個房間門，太靈敏了，真的是太安全了。還有他們也有親子房，雖然我們沒有住，親子房的佈置也很温馨，很適合一家三口出行~"

GGuest UserI stumbled upon this recommendation on another platform and booked it after checking the reviews. The standard room was clean and tidy, and the best part was that they provided convenient items like disposable face towels and bath towels – a really thoughtful touch. They also offer pick-up and drop-off service up the mountain. Although we were stopped outside the scenic area by a heavy rain, we still managed to catch a glimpse of it from afar, leaving a little regret for another trip. The owners were incredibly welcoming. I had called well in advance to inquire about getting up the mountain, and they carefully explained the time and route. Later, when we went to Xianren Cliff, they actively helped me find a solution and provided a lot of convenience. 👍🏻 I wish them great success in their business!

SShuijierdongThis guesthouse is run by a really nice couple. When we arrived at the scenic area entrance, the owner's wife drove out to guide us in. The guesthouse is about a kilometer from the Maijishan Grottoes entrance, and from there you have to walk. We originally booked a family room on the second floor, but after hearing us mention that my dad wasn't going to the grottoes because of his bad leg, and that we had our dog with us, the owner's wife gave us a private room on the first floor. It was very spacious. The whole family is so nice! We ordered dinner and they told us to go back to our room to rest, then called us when it was ready and brought it to the dining area. I genuinely recommend staying here if you're visiting Maijishan. We went in the morning when it wasn't crowded, and by the time we came out, it was barely 10 AM and they were already starting to control the flow of people at the ticket gate. The grotto steps are high and narrow, so you can only go one by one. Those who go in later will probably have a very long wait.

XXiaoxiaoHMFacilities: Fully equipped with smart home features. Cleanliness: Very clean and tidy, housekeeping was prompt. Environment: Located in the city center, making transportation very convenient. You can walk to the Mala Tang street, Yusheng Alley, and the old town. Service: There's a dedicated underground parking lot, and parking is free during your stay. The security guard was very kind and helped with parking. The front desk staff were all great; they upgraded our room and gave us a welcome gift. This will be my first choice hotel when I visit Tianshui again.

GGuest UserLocation: There is a slope on the side of the road. Just walk down the slope and you will arrive. Transportation: It’s very convenient. It’s right inside the scenic spot. The boss will pick you up and drop you off when you go up and down. Facilities: The room is large, there are many wireless stations, and the signal is good Environment: Clean and tidy, not too noisy, just right Scenery: It is very beautiful in the morning and evening, and there is a creek behind it Service: The boss is very accommodating, the lady boss is very kind, and the fried dishes are delicious. Breakfast is 10 yuan per person and can fill you up. Overall, it is a good experience. I will stay here again next time I come.

JJuvieJPerfect location right in the centre of the hustle and bustle of Tianshui. Within walking distance to the ancient city. Rooms are spacious for our family. Very clean and modern. Our rooms are serviced well every day. The only downside is the smell of cigarette smoke in one of our rooms. Also, cigarette smell emanates from the aircon, so we had the aircon off the whole time and opened the window instead. Love having the laundry room and library area which we made good use of. Thanks for the receptionist staff who helped us through booking a car despite the language barrier.

CChezzaThis new hotel was a wonderful place to stay. The new facilities were clean and tidy. The bedroom was temperature controlled, which was great in the cold winter. I especially liked the little table area to relax next to the bed. In the lobby, there were also free password locked luggage storage units that are convenient if you need somewhere to store your luggage for a few hours after check out. As well as that, I was surprised to find the washing machine and dryer in the lobby were also free for use. I communicated with staff in Chinese (I didn't even try to use English) and they were always happy to help. I think I would have, however, appreciated a little more information on check in as I only realized as I was leaving that I hadn't taken advantage of the free breakfast...and didn't know how to access it.

PPeterThis is a REALLY nice hotel. Unfortunately, although it is practically right next to one of the city's two train stations, the location is far from ideal. Yes, there are many restaurants close by. But Tianshui is an oddly laid out city. Look on a map and you will see two distinct parts to the city. This hotel, along with the two train stations and the airport are in the eastern city. But all the most interesting city attractions are within the west part. And the two parts are very far from each other. Again, this is a nice, quiet, comfortable hotel. And I often try to stay at hotels near transportation centers such as train stations. The view from my room was fabulous- mountains and a train station. But for anyone visiting Tianshui, I'd suggest you look closely at a map and take a close look at the sites within the city you are likely to visit! (To add to within-town transportation challenges, not even a single time was I able to get a ride using the normally useful ”Didi” application. This meant that it was a constant ”old school” process of trying to flag down available taxis. Anyway, again I will emphasize, the hotel is great. It is the layout of the city itself that presents challenges that make this location difficult.

GGuest UserMy boyfriend took me to Tianshui this time, and we chose this hotel, which is located in the old city. The hotel is decorated in a new Chinese style, the environment and hygiene are excellent, and the service is very enthusiastic. The beautiful ladies in the front hall will upgrade the room type. The whole house is smart, the bedding is comfortable, and the pillows are suitable for sleeping. I recommend it to my friends. I booked a breakfast without breakfast, and bought one separately. It was not expensive, and it was clean. The rice noodles were very good. I will choose to stay here next time! ! ! The main parking is free and convenient, not far from the Fuxi Temple and the scenic spots in Tianshui City!

AAnonymous UserRead lots of reviews about this hotel before booking it for a night. I'll still give it a 5-star review because it is so convenient for independent travellers like us. The railway station as well as the local public buses station/stops are just a few minutes walk away from the hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious, the bathroom shower has strong flow of water. It's near to the famous Malatang eateries, too, just less than 5 minutes walk away. The rooms are not sound proof and we can hear the next door guests talking. Since it was already 12.30 midnight, we couldn't get to sleep due to the non-stop talking in the next room, we decided to seek help from the counter staff to give us a quiet room. She was so kind and moved us to another room on the same floor in the middle of the night. Kudos to this kind lady.
