"Had a great stay. It was off-season, so there weren't many tourists in Tianshui. The B&B is located inside the ancient city, with unique decor. Downstairs, you'll find all sorts of food options. The water heating system ensures no cold water, so it's instantly hot even in winter. The heating was excellent, felt like central air conditioning, and it wasn't noisy. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Fuxi Temple is not far away. A quick note on parking: there are two underground parking garages nearby. One is the Ancient City parking lot, and the other is the Cuijiaxiang parking lot. Strangely, the location the B&B gave me led me to Cuijiaxiang the first night, but then the same location led me to the Ancient City parking lot when I left. The Ancient City lot seemed a tiny bit closer. Both aren't too far, but it's best to confirm with the owner directly. I was contacted proactively by the host around 7 PM on the night I arrived in Tianshui. If you're visiting for tourism, I highly recommend staying here!"

"I brought my kids to Tianshui and booked this hotel because of the 2-meter bed. First, let's talk about the location. It's a bit far from popular attractions like the ancient city and Fuxi Temple. There's an uphill slope from the main road to the hotel, which isn't ideal for those who don't like walking. Across the road, there's a downhill path leading to residential areas where there's a morning market, which is much better than tourist-heavy streets like Yusheng Lane. The hotel service was excellent. There was an aroma diffuser outside our room that sprayed every once in a while, and the scent was very strong. After I reported it to the staff, they unplugged the machine for us, as we couldn't stay in the room otherwise. I also suggested they change the scent, as it was too sweet, cloying, and overpowering. The facilities are quite comprehensive. Although the gym isn't big, it's sufficient, and the equipment is all new. The availability of towels, water, coffee, and tea was a big plus. It's worth mentioning that the breakfast on the first day was good, but not so much on the second. I ordered wontons first and then went to get other dishes. When I went to pick up the wontons, they said they were out and gave me noodles instead. There was one fried egg left, and one side was burnt. When I asked the chef to fry another one, he said the machine was broken... I'm not sure if it was really broken or if he just didn't want to turn it on for one egg. Breakfast was advertised until 10 AM, but the yogurt was gone by 9 AM."

"The room was clean and tidy, and the small courtyard was very comfortable. The weather in Tianshui these past few days has been pleasant, not too hot. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the old city, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The room is spacious and can accommodate an extra bed; it easily fit all four of us. They are also very pet-friendly. I highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting Tianshui, as it offers great value for money."

"Very good. Staffs are friendly, especially the lady who checked me in that day. Room is spacious and clean. Bright, modern interior. Many tv channels too. Good location, less than 3 km from high speed train station 天水南. Nearby has bus stop and tram stops too. Easy to travel to city or to Maiji grotto 麦积山石窟."

"For the price/performance ratio, it was a luxurious stay for 7 days. The hotel is located on a pedestrian street, making it convenient for dining and shopping. It's within walking distance of the train station and the bus station (if you don't have large luggage). It has a washing machine, dryer, and food delivery machine. It also has a Xiaodu smart phone. Everything is new and excellent. The only problem is that the bathroom leaks all over the place when I shower. I hope this can be improved. However, it's quite far from the Fuxi Temple in Qinzhou District, a 30-minute drive away, and Maiji Mountain, a 50-minute drive away."

"Hotel is new so everything is new and clean. For this price point, its value for money. Walking distance to Fuxi Temple and the old town 天水古城. Very accessible location. We had issues with our initial booking and move here last minute, despite only one staff manning the front desk, she processed our booking（5 rooms) very quickly. The drawback was a bad sewage smell in my room toilet, as it was too late and I was sleepy, i didnt change room. The smell is not noticeable when the toilet door is closed. Other rooms dont have this issue."
