The indoor facilities are fully equipped, air conditioning and hot water respond quickly, and the bathroom is clean and easy to use. The young lady at the front desk is warm and caring, responds promptly, and can patiently answer and deal with needs. The overall living experience is excellent, the price is very high, this hotel is the first choice for travel accommodation, and will stay again next time!"

Every detail is thoughtfully crafted: vintage posters on the walls bear the marks of time, books on the shelves exude a languid atmosphere, and even around the corner, you might stumble upon a freshly brewed cup of hand-poured coffee. The hotel is easily accessible, conveniently located just off the main road. The staff are welcoming and attentive, the breakfast buffet is plentiful, and there are numerous dining options nearby. In your room, the soft, king-size bed is covered in soft bedding, while floor-to-ceiling windows frame views of Tianshui's streets or nightscape. A warm bath and a sip of the hotel's specially brewed coffee will help you melt away the hustle and bustle of your journey. For those who prefer an early riser, the restaurant's Chinese and Western breakfast menu is ready. Enjoy hot porridge with freshly baked bread or a bowl of authentic Tianshui cuisine for a satisfying start to the morning. The hotel is not far from Fuxi Temple and Maiji Mountain, so you can come back and rest anytime when you are tired of shopping. It is also next to the bustling business district, so if you want to try local snacks or buy some souvenirs, you can get there right away. The hotel is also pet-friendly. I will choose this hotel again when I visit Tianshui next time."

"This was the second Mercure hotel on our trip, and overall, the facilities were quite good. **Facilities:** The hotel is well-equipped. The lobby is clean and bright. As expected from an Accor property, the decor style and design elements are largely consistent. What truly stood out was that on each floor's common area, right outside the elevator, there was a row of complimentary bottled water. This is quite rare in other hotels and very convenient for guests to grab. Breakfast is served on the 21st floor, offering a panoramic view and a great sense of openness. On another note, staying on the 14th floor, the water pressure was a bit low, and the shower felt like it didn't have enough flow. **Hygiene:** The room's cleanliness was generally acceptable, but I found a long hair stuck to a tile in the bathroom. It felt like the cleaning wasn't thorough, which was a bit off-putting. Also, there was a small tear on the bed linen. I'm not sure if it was an oversight, but ideally, it should have been replaced. **Service:** The hotel's front desk manager took my feedback very seriously. Afterwards, they even proactively called us to inform us that the issues had been rectified. This was truly excellent."

"The location is inside Tianshui Ancient City, a bit hard to find. Breakfast is a collaboration with the shop next door, only available from 8 AM, which is different from the information provided here. The room's screen mirroring works fine, but there are constant ads… The room doesn't have a key; it has a combination lock, so you don't have to worry about only having one card for two people. The front desk provides many free small items that you can use. The downsides are that if you stay on the first floor, you'll hear noise from outside, and if no one is at the front desk during check-in, you'll have to wait."

"This hotel was a lifesaver after a long day exploring Tianshui! The environment is fantastic. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were not only beautiful but also incredibly kind and provided excellent service. This hotel truly added so much joy to my trip to Tianshui. The security guard was also wonderful, very welcoming and helpful; he even fixed our TV and gave us recommendations on where to go. It's also not far from the high-speed rail station. The two front desk ladies were exceptionally nice; they even boiled hot purified water for me when I asked. Absolutely great!"

"It's not far from places like Fuxi Temple, Yuquan Temple, and the ancient city. Taxi fares are reasonable, so if you want to take a walk to see the night view, you can walk back. The service was excellent. The front desk manager was very welcoming and greeted everyone entering and leaving. The front desk was also very good. They upgraded my room and even sent me water in the evening, which was very prompt and friendly. The breakfast buffet was also quite good. While the facilities aren't the newest, the service is much better than many new hotels in Tianshui. The parking lot isn't large, but the security guards were very responsible and went above and beyond. I highly recommend staying here."
