Room facilities: It opened not long ago. The bedding and decoration are very new. There is still a smell when you enter the door. The smell fades after opening the window for ventilation. Being close to the road, there are many large cars at night, so light sleepers may be affected if the windows are fully closed. Overall, the bedding is relatively comfortable and there is plenty of hot water. The intelligence is very good, the toilet is always heated and very comfortable.
Service: The welcome fruits include apples and bananas, but the apples are rotten. This is the responsibility of the housekeeping department. If you check during cleaning, there will be no rotten apples that affect the experience. The most heart-warming thing is that the security guard is very enthusiastic, directing the parking and enthusiastically taking the luggage. The ladies at the front desk are also nice and enthusiastic.
Catering: The breakfast time given by the front desk is 7:30-9:30. When we arrived at the restaurant at 9 o'clock, there was not much food. It was not a good travel breakfast.

I usually rarely write online reviews, but this time I must praise it. Their lobby is very in line with the characteristics of the geological hotel. The geological atmosphere is strong. The beauty at the front desk is very thoughtful. It snowed when I checked in that day. I booked a room by the elevator. The front desk staff said that it was cold in the snow. Actively helped to upgrade some of the room types in the middle, and turned on the air conditioner very intimately before check-in. It was really great. Check out and sent three baths. The service was in place. The interior of the room was spacious and clean. Floor-to-ceiling windows. Must choose next time

We had issues with our initial booking and move here last minute, despite only one staff manning the front desk, she processed our booking（5 rooms) very quickly. The drawback was a bad sewage smell in my room toilet, as it was too late and I was sleepy, i didnt change room. The smell is not noticeable when the toilet door is closed. Other rooms dont have this issue.

I had a very good time at Atour Hotel. The location of the hotel is very convenient and close to public transportation. The hotel is very beautifully designed. I felt very comfortable when I entered the room. The air was fresh and clean. The room layout was very reasonable, the facilities were complete and modern, especially the bed was very comfortable, which made me sleep well. I came to Tianshui to eat Mala Tang during the Qingming Festival holiday. I booked this hotel. The location is quite good. It is not far from Fuxi Temple and Mala Tang. The hotel room is also large. The front desk service is good. When it rains, I also sent an umbrella. Like 👍

The hotel is in the scenic area, the environment is excellent, very good, friends who like quiet will definitely be satisfied with this. The room is of moderate size, with a simple and warm layout, and the design of original wood tones makes people feel relaxed. The big bed is moderately soft and hard, the bedding is clean and comfortable, and I can sleep without any pressure until dawn. What I am most satisfied with is the windows in the room, which provide ample lighting and good ventilation. SSpeedoholicAmy and Anna helped us with a quick check-in. As foreigners you need an experienced receptionist to take care of your registration without any delay. The staff was very hospitable and helped us with things like parking, finding what we need during breakfast and providing extra drinking water bottles. The room had a comfortable bed, instant hot water supply and all the amenities like cloth hanging wire and iron with board. The supplies were of good quality and air conditioning was effective. Location is also good because Wanda plaza shopping mall is nearby.
All in all, I liked my stay at this hotel with family.

AAnonymous UserRead lots of reviews about this hotel before booking it for a night. I'll still give it a 5-star review because it is so convenient for independent travellers like us. The railway station as well as the local public buses station/stops are just a few minutes walk away from the hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious, the bathroom shower has strong flow of water. It's near to the famous Malatang eateries, too, just less than 5 minutes walk away.
The rooms are not sound proof and we can hear the next door guests talking. Since it was already 12.30 midnight, we couldn't get to sleep due to the non-stop talking in the next room, we decided to seek help from the counter staff to give us a quiet room. She was so kind and moved us to another room on the same floor in the middle of the night. Kudos to this kind lady.
