The room my mother and I booked was very clean and comfortable, with modern and elegant decoration, reflecting the owner's attentiveness everywhere. I really like the strong water pressure of the shower head and took a comfortable bath. We all had a good sleep. The next morning, the owner personally led the guests to visit the ancient seaweed house village, and his explanation was lively and interesting. What impressed me most was the Liucun Stone Tombs, which were built in the Yuan Dynasty. They are very cute in appearance, like mushrooms, lotus flowers about to bloom, and yurts, reminding people of the changing of seasons and the cycle of life. After touring the village, my sister and I explored Xishiju further. There is a large lawn in front of the door, a cherry tree in bloom, and two yew trees. The lobby has a very spacious public lounge area, a bright and clean restaurant, a sofa game area, a library area, etc. Various handicrafts are placed in an orderly manner. The atmosphere is very comfortable and full of artistic flavor. Before leaving, I climbed the tree house in the backyard, wrote myself a postcard and put a stamp on it. Because we booked it at short notice, we only booked one night, which we all felt was too short and we didn’t want to leave more. I think I will remember the day and night I spent in Xishiju for a long time to come. Driving here is like coming from the city into the embrace of nature, and it also feels like going back in time to the peaceful, simple and joyful days of the past.

The room is average, in fact, it is more than four kilometers away from the high-speed rail station. The key surrounding area is not good. It is not convenient to buy something to eat. There was warm water available in the lobby. The receptionist was quick and incredibly helpful during check-in (I feel that the receptionists at Licheng Hotel all provide exceptionally good service). When we entered the room, the bathroom drain had a slight odor, but after contacting the receptionist, they immediately changed our room and we were able to check back in quickly. The water flow in the bathroom was strong, and the cleanliness was excellent. The only drawback was that the curtains didn't block out the light very well.

The color scheme of the room is mainly warm green. The feeling is very soft, which is very consistent with the name of Rongcheng, a seaside city. The room is very clean and tidy, and there is no problem even walking barefoot in it. I stayed here last year and thought it was absolutely gorgeous, so I decided to stay here again this year. It's great value for money, the service is excellent, and most importantly, it's absolutely stunning. At the Shidao Seaside Hotel, I booked a large room with a sea view. The room was spacious with an unobstructed view, and the window was as wide as the room itself. The room facilities were a bit old, and the TV was small. There was a bathhouse and a buffet breakfast on the first floor, but flies were everywhere and no one seemed to care. I could only eat some covered snacks, grains, and eggs. In this small town, transportation relies on Didi (a ride-hailing app), but there's a large parking lot for those driving.

本次入住體驗極差，多項服務、硬件問題無人妥善處理！！！ 1、前廳接待無基礎行李服務，無人主動幫扶 打車抵達酒店大門，全程沒有工作人員上前幫忙搬運行李，大大小小行李衹能我們自己獨自搬送，作為帶娃出行的遊客，酒店缺乏基礎貼心接待服務。 2、WiFi故障處理低效，被動靠客人自救 下午辦理入住後房間WiFi全程無法正常使用，多次聯繫前台催促維修人員，直到19:30用餐返回仍無人上門檢修，全程僅口頭敷衍催促，無實際解決方案，最後是我主動提出更換房間才解決問題，酒店無主動處理故障意識。 3、客房硬件老化破損，配套補給敷衍應付 房間設施陳舊，衣櫃門卡頓難推拉；帶夾子衣架全部損壞，致電前台配送完好衣架，送來3個衣架中仍有2個破損，完全無視客人基礎使用需求。 4、客房物資配送嚴重拖延，多次催促無改善 帶小童入住，21:00致電前台索要小童牙刷，前台告知會送至客房，反覆致電前台詢問進度4次，足足等候1小時，22:00才送達，響應速度嚴重不達標。 5、樓層管理缺位，隔音差無人維護住宿環境 客房隔音效果很差，清晨6點多過道有小童持續大聲喧嘩十餘分鐘，全程無保潔、樓層工作人員上前勸阻，嚴重干擾正常休息，酒店缺乏基礎客房巡檢、環境管理服務。 6、入住時間一直在變，房間退房倒是12點一點都不能延遲 本次旅途本是期待海邊度假放鬆，卻因酒店各類問題不斷糟心，所有反饋訴求均拖沓處理，硬件維護、前廳服務、客房配送、樓層管理全線失職，嚴重破壞出行體驗！！！希望改進！！！
