After a long journey, we finally arrived at Xishiju, a place not too far from Dongchu Island and Baihe Bay. After checking in, we went to Dongchu Island to see the sea. The drive took about ten minutes. There were not too many tourists at the beach, so one person could have a large pristine beach to himself. That day was the first time I saw the gentle pink sea. The owners of Xishiju are a very enthusiastic and kind young couple. When we got back to the B&B, we had dinner that they had prepared for us. Afterwards, the guests gathered for a bonfire party with clear skies and bright stars overhead. Finally, I pet the cat and all my worries disappear. The room my mother and I booked was very clean and comfortable, with modern and elegant decoration, reflecting the owner's attentiveness everywhere. I really like the strong water pressure of the shower head and took a comfortable bath. We all had a good sleep. The next morning, the owner personally led the guests to visit the ancient seaweed house village, and his explanation was lively and interesting. What impressed me most was the Liucun Stone Tombs, which were built in the Yuan Dynasty. They are very cute in appearance, like mushrooms, lotus flowers about to bloom, and yurts, reminding people of the changing of seasons and the cycle of life. After touring the village, my sister and I explored Xishiju further. There is a large lawn in front of the door, a cherry tree in bloom, and two yew trees. The lobby has a very spacious public lounge area, a bright and clean restaurant, a sofa game area, a library area, etc. Various handicrafts are placed in an orderly manner. The atmosphere is very comfortable and full of artistic flavor. Before leaving, I climbed the tree house in the backyard, wrote myself a postcard and put a stamp on it. Because we booked it at short notice, we only booked one night, which we all felt was too short and we didn’t want to leave more. I think I will remember the day and night I spent in Xishiju for a long time to come. Driving here is like coming from the city into the embrace of nature, and it also feels like going back in time to the peaceful, simple and joyful days of the past.

I deliberately rushed to this city again for this homestay, driving more than 600 kilometers, all the way to the dust, and the moment I stepped into the small courtyard, I was calm. Everything here is still reassuring, the rooms are clean and tidy, the quality of all kinds of supplies is still very online, and the stay is particularly comfortable. The most surprising thing is that the boss's cooking skills are becoming more and more exquisite. The children have been thinking about iron plate salmon, barbecue, chopped ribs, and braised fish. This time they all ate as they wished. The boss and the proprietress are still warm and kind, and they have not been rusty yet. They get along like old friends who have not seen them for a long time. In the evening, I chatted in the small courtyard, and the children were playing around the stove, full of fireworks, and the atmosphere was particularly beautiful. In addition, the boss also runs a seaside coffee shop, with a great view and a unique flavor of the characteristic fig coffee. I sincerely recommend everyone to check in and experience it. I really love this hotel. Central, clean and comfortable. Liked the big picture of a greek island on the wall above the bed in my room, the view towards the harbour too. The staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful. Many thanks for giving me a free room upgrade, to let me check in early and let me place my little folding bicycle in the room. It seems to walk into a fairy tale village ... The public areas of the homestay include restaurants, cafes, viewing platforms and even the rare open-air pools of the Northern B&B! It can be said that it is a step by step, and there are even many moving details~ The sofa at the front desk is remodeled from an old wooden box. The coffee table and desk in the room should be old wooden doors. The decoration on the wall in the yard is a floating fishing boat. Every one tells the time and story of Jiaodong Fishing Village~ At the same time, the room is very large, the whole house is as smart as a lot, the parent-child high and low basin and smart toilet, the comfort of living is not lost to the high-star hotel The best thing is super pet friendly! No. 1 Courtyard is close to the door, you can consider a lot of luggage, hahaha! The homestay has figs, and the elders picked some very sweet! The swimming pool is good, the children have fun! In order to watch the sunrise, I booked this half-mountain folklore near Chengshantou. The facilities are complete, the environment is beautiful, and the health is good. But a lonely house, we went late and the surrounding was dark. There was no one at the hotel at night, and the management staff waited for us to go. Probably because it is off-season, Nuoda's homestay is our husband and wife, and there is still some insecurity. Because of the body, if you want to add a quilt, you need to add 20 yuan. As a diamond member of Trip.com , I have also lived in many folk hotels at home and abroad. It is also the first time I have encountered a quilt and money. Not very pleasant experience.

I stayed here last year and thought it was absolutely gorgeous, so I decided to stay here again this year. It's great value for money, the service is excellent, and most importantly, it's absolutely stunning. Just opening the curtains reveals the ocean; I can't even describe the feeling—you have to experience it for yourself. It's so incredibly beautiful, perfect for taking amazing photos.

Overall, the stay was quite good. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the housekeeping staff were very friendly and attentive. Both the facilities and room service were commendable. However, the experience of dining in the main building with local friends was disappointing. For a star-rated hotel, the professionalism of the catering service needs significant improvement. From the managers in suits to the frontline staff, none demonstrated the expected professionalism and basic etiquette. In particular, a female manager in a suit, with fair skin, although not directly serving us, was cold and arrogant, lacking basic politeness and interaction, which made us feel uncomfortable. Such service attitude is far from the standards expected of a star-rated hotel. We hope the hotel can strengthen the training of the catering team, especially the managers, in service awareness. Overall, I was satisfied with the facilities and rooms, but the catering service definitely lowered my overall impression!

Lounging on the balcony, enjoying the sea breeze and watching the fishing boats, was so therapeutic and relaxing. The amenities are fantastic: an infinity pool and a kids' play area kept our little ones entertained all day without a peep. The family-themed room was spacious, and the facilities were safe and thoughtful. Both adults and kids loved the 270-degree private hot spring bath, with warm water and great views – perfect for relaxing and taking photos. The entire room was exceptionally clean, not a speck of dust in any corner. The front desk staff and butler were gentle and patient, proactively recommending local attractions. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices! The hotel environment is quiet and peaceful, and it's super convenient for visiting attractions along the Rongcheng North route. With great views, excellent service, and top-notch facilities, it's our first choice for a family getaway. Highly recommend it to families with children!
