Excellent, exceeding expectations. Having stayed in many hotels, this service is truly exceptional, making guests feel right at home. It's a warm and comfortable experience, not just typical hotel service, and the service is incredibly fast. The breakfast was excellent, both overall and in terms of quality. The food was of very high quality, and the breakfast staff were very attentive. A truly commendable service. Even though there weren't many people eating, and we arrived late, the selection was still very comprehensive. Highly recommended.

The environment is good and the parking is convenient, the room is clean and spacious, the high-end bedding, there is also an activity room, the boss is also warm and thoughtful, and he also drives to find seafood at night to help processing, regardless of the business travel closed eyes and rushed to finish!

The room design is simple yet elegant and cozy, with soft and comfortable bedding, ensuring a good night's sleep! Hygiene was impeccable, with meticulous daily housekeeping. I especially loved it; it added many pleasant surprises to my stay. The front desk staff were warm and professional, quickly processing check-in and even thoughtfully upgrading my room! The concierge helped plan our route and recommended local restaurants, and the staff responded to our requests very quickly, truly embodying the ”customer-first” philosophy.

I really love this hotel. Central, clean and comfortable. Liked the big picture of a greek island on the wall above the bed in my room, the view towards the harbour too. The staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful. Many thanks for giving me a free room upgrade, to let me check in early and let me place my little folding bicycle in the room. Parking is convenient for self-driving tours. As soon as I entered the hotel, I was impressed by the enthusiasm, seriousness and efficiency of the lobby staff. The room was spacious and clean, with 6 bottles of free drinking mineral water, and the service was sincere! The breakfast was rich and delicious. Overall, it was cost-effective.

You can see Bloubergstrand right when you wake up, and the beach is super close, just a short walk away. Compared to other hotels in the same price range, the environment and hygiene here are much cleaner, and there are no strange smells. Plus, the front desk lady was very helpful and accommodating; we arrived quite late at night, and she was still very attentive and responsible.

Every evening, two bottles of yogurt were delivered, and the yogurt was delicious; my child loved it. The hotel slippers were excellent, very comfortable for disposable ones. The bedding met 5-star standards, soft and cozy. The staff at the lobby entrance were enthusiastic and helped open car doors. The location is great, just a short walk to the beach, and the surrounding area is also quite nice. Two things I wasn't particularly satisfied with: 1. There were people live streaming in the restaurant and lobby every day. They spoke very loudly, which was noisy and inappropriate. 2. The 'sea view' room was a partial side view, not directly facing the sea, and had no balcony (see attached photo). The view was okay, but it wasn't the direct sea view I was hoping for.

Our room was right by the sea, offering beautiful views. It was spotlessly clean and the service was incredibly warm and attentive. The place is pet-friendly, and they even set up a dedicated WeChat group for seamless communication and instant assistance with any issues. Having breakfast delivered right to our room was a lovely touch. It's truly an excellent choice for accommodation in Rongcheng, Weihai.

This was my first time staying in a deluxe sea view king room at Rongcheng Nishi Haitai, and I was absolutely thrilled with the experience! Stepping onto the balcony, you're greeted by the stunning blue ocean – a panorama of sky blue and sea blue that really amplifies the sense of vastness. The room was spacious and clean, the king-size bed was just the right firmness, and the hygiene was meticulously done. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the hotel facilities were comprehensive, with a private beach right outside. It’s a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The forest scenery is incredibly healing, and it offers great value for money. I decisively extended my stay!
