The room design is simple yet elegant and cozy, with soft and comfortable bedding, ensuring a good night's sleep! Hygiene was impeccable, with meticulous daily housekeeping. I especially loved it; it added many pleasant surprises to my stay. The front desk staff were warm and professional, quickly processing check-in and even thoughtfully upgrading my room! The concierge helped plan our route and recommended local restaurants, and the staff responded to our requests very quickly, truly embodying the ”customer-first” philosophy.

I really love this hotel. Central, clean and comfortable. Liked the big picture of a greek island on the wall above the bed in my room, the view towards the harbour too. The staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful. Many thanks for giving me a free room upgrade, to let me check in early and let me place my little folding bicycle in the room. During holidays, the area is sparsely populated, the environment is beautiful, the seafood is excellent, and there's virtually no commercialization. There's also a New Energy Science and Technology Museum nearby, where you can bring your children to experience nuclear power! 4. The hotel is very cost-effective during non-holidays!

Check-in, especially as a foreigner, was quick and seamless. The rooms were spacious, clean and the view was awesome. The location couldn't have been better - through beautifully manicured gardens, directly onto the beach. Both the breakfast buffet and the evening buffet were very well-prepared and delicious, with both Chinese and Western cuisine. However, we found the breakfast and dinner times a bit tight for a relaxing holiday time. Breakfast stopped serving at 9 30am and dinner at 8pm. All in all, we found the hotel and staff very well appointed, good value, and we will definitely return soon - a relaxing getaway from hectic city life in China!

The beach is incredibly close and wonderfully uncrowded. Kids had a blast finding small crabs and shells while digging in the sand, making for a really relaxing experience. All hotel terraces offer direct sea views, and the resort grounds are very quiet, making it perfect for families. The guesthouse reception even lends out sand-digging tools, and the owner is incredibly kind and helpful. When it rained on our second morning and we couldn't go to the restaurant for breakfast, they thoughtfully delivered it directly to our room. Electric scooters are available for rent right outside, which you can ride directly to the Bruce shipwreck, enjoying beautiful coastal views along the entire route.

Let's just talk about a few questions. First of all, the service attitude is very good, but I went downstairs and said that the fruit was not delivered, and I also reported the room number. Why not send it? I asked again when I checked out the next day and said that I would send it down, but we were going to leave. When the welcome fruit was delivered, right? Of course, this is not particularly important. Second, the sign in the room said that you need a pillow to call. Okay, I called and asked. There is no latex pillow, no bathtub bag, no children's toothbrush, and nothing is needed. This should be the first time I have stayed in so many hotels. Third, the bathroom door can't be closed, let's watch the video for a while. Finally, the restaurant has a pitiful lack of food, and the breakfast is a mess. It is not the chef who helped us cut the carrots intimately. I really want to give a bad review.

First, there's no direct access to the second floor; you have to go to the third floor first, which is very inconvenient when you have luggage. There was no staff to help with luggage when checking out. Second, during the off-season, many doors were locked. You had to contact staff to leave, but there was no dedicated butler to respond promptly, which was quite troublesome.

There's an outdoor hot spring just a hundred meters away, though unfortunately, we didn't get to try it this time. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, fitting perfectly with a five-star resort's positioning. We'll definitely be back with the family in the future!
