We live on the 21st floor. The sea view is a highlight. It is very comfortable to see the sea from the balcony. The location of the homestay is not far from the beach, but if you bring a three-year-old baby, walking is still a bit of a test of physical strength, and driving is more convenient; if the child is older, walking should be no problem.
Tram charging can go to the Wyndham Hotel next door, the parking lot is free, and there is a charge for parking in the community. The community environment is very warm, all high-rise buildings, there is a children's play area.
There is a supermarket at the door to buy fruit, egg milk, and seafood stalls, which tastes good.

You can also take the bus No. 117 or No. 289 in front of the door. Bus No. 117 goes directly to Huaxing Bridge, a popular check-in place. 2.
