The hot water is very comfortable. Taking a bath after coming down from Mount Everest is warm and refreshing.
Hygiene: Clean and tidy, the bedding is very comfortable, there is a latex pillow among the four pillows, which is a surprise, and the quilt is light and warm.
Service: The staff are very friendly, helping with luggage and introducing restaurants that locals like. Environment: There is a parking lot at the door, which is convenient for parking. AAnonymous UserOverall, it was a good stay. The room was cozy, the bathroom had thoughtful details, and the bed was very comfortable. Lisa at the front desk was very patient and proactively helped us plan our itinerary. The only drawback was the limited selection of breakfast options; hopefully, that could be improved. However, these minor flaws don't detract from the overall experience. The hotel has a great location and offers good value for money, making it highly recommended.

In high altitude areas, the hotel not only has such good conditions, all the service staff of the hotel are very enthusiastic, let us feel the simplicity and mellowness of the Tibetan people. On the bus back from the base camp, we forgot our mobile phone. After thinking about it, we contacted the driver. We patiently let us go. Because the road was not familiar, the hotel owner and the proprietress and the front desk came to help. We were not afraid of trouble. We drove three rounds and took us to the base camp ticket office. I retrieved my phone in time. Thank you so much!

The most satisfying family for this trip to Tibet! Come share the experience of staying:
1️⃣ Excellent location, worry-free travel: the hotel is close to the 219 National Highway, and the location is very eye-catching and easy to find. You can walk to the Payang Wetland in a few minutes to see the scenery. For our self-driving tour, the oversized parking lot and charging pile are really just needed, so worry-free!
2️⃣ Hard core configuration, cure high reaction: the room is spacious and clean, double-layer windows are soundproofed and warm + floor heating. What surprised me most was the smartness of the whole house, and the mouth can control the whole house equipment. It is too important to save physical strength on the plateau! With the dispersion oxygen supply and humidifier, I can finally sleep well.
3️⃣ Active service, home away from home: this is really going to blow up! Just got off the bus and was still taking things, the front desk staff had already taken the initiative to greet and help carry the heavy suitcase into the room. This kind of active service that does not need guests to speak, is particularly precious in the plateau area, and the instant goodwill is full!

GGuest UserOur stay at the Vienna Hotel was excellent. Located in the county's commercial center, it's conveniently close to the county government, supermarkets, and hospital. The hotel was clean, spacious, and a thoughtful touch for someone experiencing altitude sickness. The front desk staff were very welcoming; knowing we were experiencing altitude sickness, they immediately brought us Rhodiola rosea and helped with our luggage, making us feel very warm and cared for. For a small county town like this, a hotel like this is truly remarkable, and we would definitely choose it again next time.
