The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk upgraded it for free. It was fully equipped with oxygen supply, a humidifier, double sinks, and a bathtub – everything was satisfactory. The breakfast was quite substantial for this area. We cooked for ourselves the night before our trip to Everest Base Camp, so sleep quality was crucial; we slept very well and had enough energy for the next day's trip.

The room is nice, the service is also very good, it is very close to Zongshan Castle, and it is convenient for sightseeing. Next time I come to Gyangze, I will stay in this hotel again. Pu Zhuoma at the front desk was very enthusiastic and helped us solve many problems.

I didn't have high expectations for a high-altitude stay, but I was blown away the moment I walked in—a rich ******* style blended with modern design. The lobby was filled with a faint scent of ******* incense, instantly soothing the fatigue from the bumpy ride. · Before I could even speak as I got off the car, a young man with a super-smiling smile came trotting over to take my luggage (I later learned it was Xiao Rui!) · They proactively upgraded our room upon check-in, and upon entering the room, we were served hot soy milk and fruit. · The recommended, non-influenced viewpoint was absolutely amazing! I captured the full view of Jinshan Mountain in the sun! I'll definitely be booking this hotel next time I'm in Tibet!

It's very good. The environment and facilities are comparable to those in Beijing and Shanghai. The oxygen supply is also good. The purity was not good at first, but it was good after 20 to 30 minutes. I slept well in the end. There is also a good restaurant downstairs (we also have breakfast there), and a good supermarket, which is perfect for replenishing supplies.

Environment: Great location, with plenty of dining options nearby and convenient transportation. Service: Absolutely five-star, even though it's a small town, the service was exceptional. The hotel called in the morning to confirm our itinerary, added us on WeChat to answer questions, helped us arrange transportation to the scenic area upon check-in, and we found fruit in our room with the floor heating already on and oxygen turned on. When they learned we'd be heading to Gawula Pass for sunrise and would miss breakfast, they proactively refunded the breakfast fee and even prepared two packed meals for us. The service throughout our stay was outstanding. I highly recommend experiencing it for yourselves!

The entire stay exceeded my expectations. The hotel felt like it was built to five-star standards in terms of facilities and operations. Many details were well done, such as providing toilet seat covers. The view of snow-capped mountains from the door was a pleasant surprise. Most importantly, the oxygen supply was truly abundant; during my nearly 10-day trip in Tibet, this was the hotel with the most adequate oxygen supply. If I had to offer a suggestion, it would be to extend the oxygen supply time. The automatic shut-off after 8 hours is unreasonable; I recommend extending it to at least 9 hours to ensure I didn't experience oxygen deprivation while sleeping for more than 8 hours.

I booked this hotel because of its 4-diamond rating on the platform, but the experience was disappointing. I booked a room with diffused oxygen supply, but the oxygen flow was clearly insufficient. The hotel front desk arranged for engineering staff to adjust it, but it still didn't reach the expected level. At that point, both the technician and the front desk agreed to our request to switch rooms. We didn't have to drag our luggage around, and we got a room with much better oxygen supply. However, another hiccup occurred: hotel staff brought other guests to our new room and told us that the room we were given had already been reserved for someone else. Of course, we refused to move again. We checked in around 7:30 PM, and it wasn't until about 10:30 PM that we finally got a suitable room and could truly settle in. Additionally, the toilet seat cover in the room couldn't even be properly fitted by the hotel staff themselves.

The location is great, close to the park, with a great view, easy parking, and convenient dining options. The room was clean and tidy, and the disposable toilet seat was very thoughtful. The breakfast was good, and the lobby service was friendly. This was my second stay, and the experience was very good. I would definitely stay again. The king-size bed room lacked a table and chair, which was inconvenient. There was a large chair, but it was impractical and could be improved.

The room was clean and tidy, the supplies were complete, the oxygen equipment was equipped, the bedding was comfortable and sleepy, the floor heating was particularly warm, the hot water was sufficient, the bath was beautiful and the next morning was full of blood.
