"We called ahead to let the hotel know it was our 5th wedding anniversary and hoped they could decorate the room for us. We were so pleasantly surprised when we entered – red bedding and swans folded from towels really showed the hotel's thoughtfulness. Manager Kuang even gave us a tour of the hotel garden, where we met a cute golden retriever named Zhouzhou! I wasn't dressed appropriately to pet dogs, otherwise I definitely would have played with her. We heard they're planning to build a pet park and organize some parent-child activities soon, which sounds amazing. We hope to see it on our next visit. Special thanks to Aunt Bian Zhen from housekeeping, Manager Kuang from the front desk, and Pubu Zhaxi from security who helped us with our luggage and parking. These three were truly warm, enthusiastic, and responsible. Experiencing such excellent service in the highlands was even better than the St. Regis in Lhasa! Oh, and Miss Baima from the Liao Bar was also very lovely! We had an unforgettable anniversary."

"The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the ancient city and the waterwheel. We stayed for four consecutive days this time and were very satisfied. The hotel is very beautiful, especially the two brothers who provided excellent service. There are also delicious flower cakes available at any time, and hot milk is provided at night. "The hotel service was excellent, and the rooms were great. They looked newly renovated. This is my second stay here, and I'll definitely recommend it to other friends. The reception staff were different on both occasions, but their attitude towards me was the same – they were all very pretty and gentle. The young ladies were all very pretty. I mentioned it was dry, and they even gave me two extra bottles of water, which was very thoughtful. The security guard also helped me park; I just gave him the key and didn't have to worry about anything. Overall, I had a wonderful experience. Thank you so much everyone!"

"The service was excellent! Customer service reached out beforehand and upgraded us to an oxygen-enriched room upon arrival, which was incredibly thoughtful for a high-altitude area! "Before I came, I chose one of the two at Hilton and here. At that time, I felt that this was more Tibetan and the hotel activities were very rich. Stayed for 3 nights, very much beyond expectations! Location: In a park with Panchen New Palace, so the surrounding is very quiet and the privacy feels good! If the weather is good, it takes only 20 minutes to walk to Zhashi Lumbu Temple and Xigexuan Pedestrian Street. Style: Modern combination of Tibetan style, very atmospheric, the garden under the sun, the water view at night are very beautiful. The room is ink green ＋ gray green, dotted with wooden furniture and Tibetan decoration, the whole is very elegant and very special. Room: The hotel has a floor, the rooms are in the periphery, so there seems to be an outdoor small yard, the lighting is very good. The room is large, the suite configuration, the equipment is very complete, I feel that the mattress is particularly comfortable! There is diffuse oxygen supply throughout the day, and there is a large humidifier, but I don't know if it is due to summer. The air conditioner has no effect on heating. It was a bit cold one night and it was not very warm after a long time. Service: Fruit snacks are delivered every day, butler service is very intimate and timely, and the hotel activities are super rich, such as copying scriptures, experiencing incense, experiencing painting Tangka, editing King Kong knot, Tibetan bath, travel shooting, movies, tea room, meditation ...... It is recommended to find someone to take a turn. The hotel itself is worth visiting, collecting many master Tangka, there are many Tibetan incense ingredients, reading room, tea room where Panchen masters often sit, etc. There are still a few free-range cats in the hotel. When I went there, there were two cats who went to have babies. There were Chunchun who would stroll in the hotel every day, and even ran to my room to bark. When I opened the door, I came to the room. Hahahaha who knows this kind of happiness?"

"Great value! Located in the core area, super close to Tashilunbu Temple, travel is super convenient. The rooms have sufficient heating, hot water all day, and oxygen supply facilities are suitable for the plateau environment. Some room types can be controlled by voice, and the bedding is clean and comfortable. Gym, laundry room are all available, breakfast is varied, front desk service is warm, cost-effective!"

"Highly recommend! This is the best among the top-rated hotels I've stayed at twice in Shigatse. The room is spacious and clean, the front desk service is excellent, and the breakfast is especially delicious with a great variety of dishes. Initially, because it was the off-season, the front desk offered room service, but as more guests checked in, it switched to a buffet. The welcome fruit was also very fresh. I'm honestly curious why this place doesn't have a higher rating; it should be the best in Shigatse. Seriously, I really, really recommend it. I forgot to take pictures of the hotel room, so here are two photos from my trip, just to show I'm not a robot."

"A mixed bag, though I'm giving five stars mostly out of habit. **Pros:** The room was clean. The bathroom had a thoughtful touch: a towel/clothes rail positioned well away from the shower, preventing splashes. Disposable toilet seat covers were provided, and the disposable slippers were thick and comfortable. The bed itself was very comfortable. **Cons:** I might be mistaken, but I thought double rooms usually come with two disposable combs; we only had one. The noise was a significant issue. If you're assigned a street-facing room, I strongly advise closing the window immediately upon arrival to gauge the sound level. If it's unbearable, request a room change without delay. I only closed the window when I went to bed, only to find it offered virtually no soundproofing. I had hoped the noise would lessen later at night when traffic decreased, but it was to no avail. (I've attached a video taken in the morning; if you turn the volume up to 90%, that's roughly the noise level you'll hear from the bed.) The room's layout seemed to place our bed's headboard directly against the adjacent room's headboard. This meant that in the morning, not only was I woken up early by outside traffic noise, but there was also another distinct sound. At first, I thought I was imagining things, but after listening closely, I realized it was snoring from the next room. This snoring was faint, blending with the street noise, so much so that my phone could barely pick it up, yet I could distinctly hear it."
