SStaycationBearyFrom arrival to departure, the service was excellent. The staff and crew displayed warm hospitality and were attentive to guests' needs. Like many hotels in Taiwan, in-room utilities such as toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, so you’ll need to bring your own. Sunshine Liv partners with a scooter rental shop that delivers and collects the scooter directly at the homestay. The rental price is reasonable at TWD 400 for 24 hours, and there’s no requirement to return the scooter with a full tank. The homestay is also conveniently located, with the nearest night market just a 10-minute scooter ride away. We were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade with stunning ocean views! The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The TV offers a wide selection of channels across various genres, catering to different preferences. Additionally, the homestay serves a delightful home-cooked style breakfast. Overall, we highly recommend visiting Kenting, and Sunshine Liv is an excellent choice for accommodation! P.S. Complimentary parking is available for in-house guests, but the parking space is quite narrow, so drivers should proceed with caution.

JJane M YHotel Review (Accessibility & Safety Concerns): The location of this hotel is very convenient — it is close to the beach and within walking distance to the night market, which is definitely a plus. However, overall my stay was not very comfortable. Inside the room, the floor is not completely even. While it may not seem like a big issue at first, it could easily become a tripping hazard, especially for older guests or anyone not paying close attention. The bathroom is also not separated into dry and wet areas, which makes it more slippery and less convenient to use. Another important point is that the hotel does not have an elevator. Carrying luggage up and down the stairs can be quite inconvenient, particularly for elderly guests or those with heavy bags. Although the interior design may look quite stylish or luxurious at first glance, in reality it feels impractical and raises safety concerns. There are other small details as well, but I will not go into them here. I understand that different properties have their own limitations, and I am sharing this from a personal perspective. I hope this information can be helpful for future travelers when making their decision.

WWenpingThe lady boss was very welcoming and waited for us even though we arrived late. It happened to be a typhoon when we were going there, but we couldn't get a refund on the website, so we had to ask the lady boss, and luckily she was willing to let us change the time. Thank you very much. The location is good. Just walk forward and you will see Nanwan Beach across the street. After getting up early in the morning and having breakfast at the B&B, you can go for a walk on the beach and then go back to the B&B to collect your things and check out. The time is just right~

GGuest UserVery Clean. Conveniently located. Right next to an ebike rental shop. It is very good in my opinion. I would certainly stay there again. The only point to be noted is that the check-in time is pretty late, and there is no reception open all the time. Thankfully I was able to call the hotel and speak mandarin to get the code to the hotel and also check-in earlier.

SShawn TravelsIf your focus is purely to spend most of your time at the Nanwan Beach, Cat at Greece will be your choiced accommodation. As we were met with an off=peak situation, my family was the only ones staying at this hotel. We had trouble checking in as there were no one at the front desk to receive us as the property were not manned but monitored remotely. We took a while to get in touch with the hotel caretaker and that was done with the help of a 7-eleven convenience store staff reaching out to her. Amongst the properties we have stayed, Cat@Greece was the least proactive in ensuring we settled in safely. In my opinion, this hotel is suitable for stay only during summer and you must self-drive to have the convenience to explore the visitors' attractions.

江江正喜On the way to Kenting, I thought I'd see some really high-end hotels. I'd heard they didn't offer online booking before, but now they do, which is great for families with kids. I thought weekdays were fine, but because of traffic, I booked online. Comparing prices, $3009 for two people on weekdays was acceptable, that's typical for domestic travel. I probably wouldn't book on weekends. The room was okay, a bit dated. What surprised me was the price in Kenting – less than 1000 RMB on weekdays, but $3330 on weekends! It made me want to swear. The only downside was the lack of indoor slippers. The maintenance was okay, though. I often pass by, but I've never dared to stay because the price is outrageous. The room should have at least four pillows. I think they should keep the indoor slippers; they're not disposable, it makes a difference to the guests' experience. There are many other reviews, so I'll just list them all and see what I think! I didn't have breakfast, got up early to head back!

GGuest UserAs you can see in the photo, it was clean and easy to spend. For breakfast, you can choose a moss burger set at the reception or a coupon (65 yuan) that can be used at an outside store. If you ask for Moss Burger, it will be left outside the room between 7:30 〜 8:00. If you want to finish breakfast before 7:30, I think a coupon is better. We wanted to go to the sea early in the morning, so we felt late for breakfast after 7:30. Toilet paper can't be flushed as it is, so throw it in the trash can at your feet.

GGuest UserThis time I came to Pingtung to see the Pingtung Lantern Festival. The location is great. It's right in the city. The night market is next to it. There is an exclusive parking lot🅿 which is shared by NET. The disadvantage is that there are so many mosquitoes that they fly right in when you open the window. There is no cigarette smell in the room. It is clean and has simple things. There is Mickey and Minnie in the lobby to celebrate the New Year and there are candies 🍬. The waiter is a boy. He is very nice and kind. After asking, he will provide extra quilts to cover the elders at night. The breakfast is also rich. Salads, porridge, steamed buns and breads. Hot food also has cut noodles. I’m very surprised. I’m very full. I will consider staying here next time I come to Pingtung👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

SSophiaJangI've stayed at Seawall before, and I remember the air conditioning in the room being very quiet, not affecting my sleep quality at all. This time I stayed in a street-view room with a small balcony, and the AC was still very quiet. It's really important to get good rest when you're traveling. From the hotel entrance, you can see the Dawan seascape and the sunset, and Kenting Street is right behind the hotel. For us, who prioritize relaxation, it's a very suitable and convenient location. Seawall provides breakfast vouchers for a restaurant on the first floor of another building. It's quite simple, but it has everything you need, and I personally thought it was good.
