The overall design style of the homestay looks like it has taken a lot of thought. Solar panels are installed on the roof, parking areas are planned in front of the door, and charging piles for electric vehicles are also set up. The owner also lives on one of the first floors here. There are water dispensers on the first and third floors. Tea bags are provided for drinks, but unfortunately there is no coffee bag. The location of the accommodation is a short distance from the city. Since booking on a third-party platform does not include breakfast (unless additional charges are paid), it is close to the surrounding area of the neighbouring Lieutenant Campus. The normal living function is still complete. The warm swimming pool next to it occupies the land. There is a post on the bathroom wall that reads ”Because the hot water pipeline is relatively long, it takes 2-3 minutes to have hot water”, which is no big deal. The interior of the room is slightly different from the website photo. Unfortunately, there is a little regret in the details. After all, it is not a hotel. It can only be soaked in the bathtub and look out the window of the road scenery in the development, temporarily relieve work fatigue: This business trip lives in Room 501 on the top floor. There is a similar exclusive platform space outside (no opening to the outside), but the back door of the room can be directly accessed and overlooked the surrounding environment. The price of the house on weekdays exceeds 2,600 yuan a night, and later it is found that the price of ordering directly on the official website is more favorable! At night, the air conditioner obviously smelled of paint. The boss said that it may be related to waterproofing projects recently. This is really, um 😐, I am not lucky 👎⋯⋯

Room is in a hotel but check in is not at main desk, there is a keypad on the room’s door used to enter the room. Good location - very close to McDonald’s and Starbucks, and there’s a lot of smaller shops within walking distance. Room was very clean with comfortable bed. I would stay here again if I return to Hengchun.

From the room, it is the blue sea. The whole pressure and fatigue are instantly liberated. My family and I enjoy this vacation. The point is that the price is really great value. The breakfast is simple and mainly Chinese. The fly in the ointment is that the pool facilities are really a bit rudimentary. Open the floor-to-ceiling windows and you can go directly to the beach, and you can even watch the sunset, sunrise, moon, and starry sky. You can spend the whole day at the hotel from 3 pm.

What can you say? It’s the only hotel in Kenting that’s directly on the beach. The facilities are a bit dated, but if you run out of food options at the hotel, there’s always a night market within walking distance.

I was extremely impressed with the care and attention paid to guests throughout the duration of my stay. Staff couldn't do enough to help, and you really felt they were going the extra mile. Would definitely look to come back!

The facilities were closed due to low visitor numbers in winter. This was not explained or mentioned upon check-in. The hot water was not hot, but the staff were very friendly.

This stay included an upgrade to a Chocolate Room. The front desk and other staff at the resort were generally very friendly and welcoming. I suspect that due to a higher number of guests this time or a lack of staff for a while, breakfast was extended to the second-floor restaurant on Sunday. Guests dining after 8 am had to wait a bit. However, the most concerning experience was my dinner on Saturday evening. I'm unsure if it was due to uneven staff allocation or a lack of support measures, but it seems there were many more guests not on the reservation list. While there wasn't a shortage of front-of-house staff, I don't understand why one person at the counter had to run around so much. Shouldn't there be at least two people on duty at the counter to seat guests? Waiting for a table for dinner took over 15 minutes. Each group of guests just stood at the door waiting, with piles of empty tables. There were no walkie-talkies in the kitchen or back, and the flow of people and guests was chaotic. As for the dinner buffet, I don't think it's worth the resort's price. Think twice before eating at the resort's buffet; the selection wasn't very diverse, and the barbecue wasn't as good as expected. The white shrimp was fresh, though. I hope senior management sees this feedback. The duplex room was incredibly stuffy and had a damp smell when we first checked in. We recommend setting the air conditioner to dehumidify to remove the smell and cool it down faster. The bathroom had plenty of water, but the temperature control was inconsistent depending on the number of guests and the time of day. The elevator was very slow, and the layout of the basement wasn't great. The water facilities were maintained daily, and there were shows to enjoy in the evenings. Overall, it was a pretty good hotel for its age.

The service attitude is very good, the CP value is high and breakfast is included, the room is clean, there is a swimming pool, children love it, it is a bit away from Kenting Street, but our itinerary is snorkeling in Houbi Lake, so the location is very good for us, overall They are great!

The owner was welcoming, even though I had to wait a few minutes before someone approached me at the desk. The only problem I encountered was with the room. The floor looked like a carpet on grass, and I guess because of that there were lots of ants crawling onto the beds.

Staying for three nights this time, the price is more than 8,000 yuan including breakfast for three guests. Breakfast is mostly Chinese style. I think breakfast is very nutritious. Cream and jam are individually packaged which is a plus There is no parking space in the basement, so you need to park in the special parking lot in the next alley. Only inconvenient when it rains The hotel has a swimming pool, billiards and billiards in the basement. It's quite nice. It won't be boring if it rains. The hotel is of an old style, so the room and toilet should not be too demanding.
