"Can't complain about this Hotel, from the price to the staff, room and service, my personnel give 10++++, you won't be disappointed if you stay here. I spent 5 nights and felt great. I have visited the Pingtung City many times. First time found this place and found this hotel opened 2 years ago. Fancy hotel with new generation ideal, electrical car charger pot, free parking, also free bicycle. Either way come alone, with friends or with family. You will like this place."

"Overall our stay was great! This was our first time in Taiwan Kenting, we were looking for somewhere easy to go from Macau with nice holiday beach feel.  We used to go to Thailand but we wanted a change this time. Location wise it’s very convenient 2 mins walk to the night market where you have tons of food options, street stalls or restaurants wise. You have couples of 7 elevens, family mart, watsons all you need in case you forget to pack something.  There’s bus station “xiaowan” very convenient for sightseeing if you don’t rent a car. Pretty on time and big coaches very comfortable with AC. In terms of amenities, we thought the hotel could have more beach amenities, beach bar or restaurants would add a huge value for the hotel. Many families would stay all day by the beach if they have bar/restaurant. It was a shame its was closed… Also the sun lounges could be a bit more comfortable simply just add a thin cushions on top. And again would be great to have a bar for quick bite by the pool. Our room was the ground floor ones with Jacuzzi, it was a lovely touch since they don’t have bathtub in the bathroom. The little garden is a great touch for morning meditation. :) We also did a nighttime activity with the hotel by the beach to hunt crabs. It was a great activity and the staff did a great job explaining and helping out. Food wise, we had breakfast buffet in all 5 days, it was a big selection of food but not much variety. We had a lunch by lobby bar… but was not up to our taste unfortunately. There is much better options outside or hotel. Oh and they did a little decoration since it was my bday and offered a cheesecake to the room by a robot :). All in all it was a great experience hopefully they will step up the pool and beach area."

"Brilliant hotel situated 3 minutes from the beach and at the bottom of the main street night market. Bus stop within a few minutes walk. Great discount price for scooter rentals. We were upgraded to balcony room without request. We had daily fresh towels and water and bins changed. No recycling options, all waste in one general bin which I didn't like. Water fountain on first floor. Would highly recommend staying here."

"The first day of stay front desk service is good, I originally booked a balcony room type, but not see the sea, then added money under the agreement said the next day to change the sea view room, the next day I bought breakfast back, a boy cleaning, and asked me if I checked out, I said I was going to change rooms, yesterday You have told my colleague to switch over to the sea view room once the room is cleaned, he insisted that I return the original room first, leave before 11, and then come back to check-in at three, I said I was staying for two nights in a row, just changing rooms, why should I leave for a few hours? Then his face is black, as if I offended his whole family, he was very angry made a phone call, said a few words then asked me to transfer to 301, I went back to the original room to pick up luggage, then forgot to take the room card, because I see him has been black face makes me very nervous, room card forgotten, then he behaved more fiercely, said a word I'm very troublesome! Actually, I'm not in trouble at all. Why treat me like this? A good journey, ruined the mood"

"It's great. There is a 7-11 downstairs and the beach is opposite. There is a balcony. You can see the mountains and the sea by opening the French windows. There are also tables and chairs outside to enjoy the scenery without being disturbed."

"This hotel is a very clean one. When I checked in, I found that the TV system was much more stable... But I personally feel that there are not enough TVs. The privacy is very good, but it is not convenient to buy things because of the good privacy."

"My stay here was absolutely fantastic! The hotel boasts a convenient location, making it easy to get around. The rooms were spotless, and the comfortable bedding allowed me to sleep soundly through the night. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and check-in was handled quickly and efficiently. All staff members were friendly and quick to resolve any issues. The hotel's facilities were also well-maintained; the bathroom featured a modern design with a separate shower area and provided ample, stable hot water. The breakfast spread was diverse and delicious, providing plenty of energy for the day. The overall ambiance was quiet, and it offered excellent value for money."

"Very friendly check-in. Basic but mostly good accommodation with aircon. Spacious capsule, but the mattress is thin & your hips, shoulder, back, etc. have pressure on the base, making for uncomfortable sleep. Also, capsule itself has no ventilation so it gets hot inside even with the room well air conditioned. The doors are quite low, so tall people should take care. Seems to attract a good type of guest. Clean bathrooms, nice common area, and very close to the Kenting Express bus stop at the local police station, and just meters from the night market with a plethora of food options, clothing stalls, balloon shooting, and sexy barmen serving very expensive cocktails (visual admiring is free, though)."

"It's wide enough and clean. The breakfast is delicious, especially the egg pancakes, which are very delicious. The neighborhood is very convenient, you can buy anything, and there are many stores. I can go there again next time."

"No bidet spray, hand soap, hair conditioner, shower cap, toothbrush, toothpaste etc. but there’s water dispenser on every level so saved us some money from buying bottled water. Overall it is still provide pretty comfortable stay & good base to be at for exploring Kenting & Hengchun. It’s easy to find this hotel. From Taoyuan airport we took Airport Express Train to Taoyuan HSR (High Speed Rail) station & took HSR to Zuoying THSR in Kaohsiung, then took Kenting Express Bus 9189 at bus stop #2 along the road outside of Zuoying THSR station (need to top up enough fare in your Easy Travel card at the station beforehand otherwise pay cash to bus driver). Alight at Kenting Police Substation bus stop (get ready to press the bell once you pass Kenting Arch otherwise driver won’t stop for you) & walk into small lane walk a short distance to the back door of Kenting Coast Resort. There’s a restaurant called Magic Kitchen for quick breakfast a very short walk to the right of hotel front door. We managed to book half day (4-hr) tour with the help hotel receptionist on both days, just tell the driver where you want to go for sighting/experience/food. We paid NTD 2200 for each half-day tour. We actually checked out early in the morning on the last day & did a 4-hr tour of Hengchun old town with our luggages in the car & get dropped off at Hengchun interchange bus station to catch Kenting Express Bus back to Zuoying THSR. But we discovered actually you can deposit luggages at the Hengchun interchange bus station for a fee then walk around Hengchun old town yourselves without worrying about lugging luggages around haha."
