"We got ourselves a nice spacious room in a small hotel, with a small balcony facing the sea. The only problem with the hotel is that it doesn’t have a lift. So you’d have to lug your baggage up, depending on which floor you are on. We stayed on the third floor, so it wasn’t that bad. The hotel is in a very convenient location, only 10-15 mins away from Kenting night market, or Heng Chun. It’s also 1-2 mins away from the shore, where you can try out multiple water activities like Jet Skiing, riding on banana boats, rent parasols and chairs etc. there’s also a 7-eleven a stone’s throw away. If you’re heading to the beach, you’ll need to bring your own towels as the hotel doesn’t allow their towels to be brought out, and there isn’t any for rental at the hotel itself. Service was really good! The staff were really helpful in providing information on how to get around, using ubikes, and info on what time the buses come etc. The best thing about the place is that it’s near a bus stop that services direct express buses to Zuoying HSR station, which made it all the more easier to travel to Kaohsiung if needed. All in all, it was a really enjoyable stay. Easily one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at for our trip! Thank you for having us, would love to stay with you again if we ever visit another time."

"We discovered the air conditioning wasn't working as soon as we checked in, but the owner quickly fixed it. By the time we returned from snorkeling, it was back up and running. It's a great value for money choice, very close to Sail Rock and about a 25-minute drive to Wanlitong. 👍"

"AC is eithet on and off.. and i ended up turning on or off throughout the night. Cleaniless has deteriorated greatly. There were no merger teabag in the room, when asked, the respond from thr staff are far from friendly. Breakfast was a horrible experience, to have been served by a female staff that totally do not know what service attitude is about, was being asked in luke warm manner "what room nos: and then a rather harsh "go find a seat", after which when cold with ice was served for a winter morning breakfast, i asked for hot tea, she responded with, "why didnt you order hot tea earlier" i told her i wasnt asked by her, the she went " we do not serve hot tea" when we made complaints, she went, " i was trained and told to tell customers this way" at which point, the kitchen staff came out and pulled her away and asked the customers "what more do you guys want!?" Wondered if service meant servicing the customers or the customers have to put up with service staff that has bad attitude.. i hope the owner of the establishment is able to review the cctv in the premise and evaluate the relevant staff attirude. And i have been a multiple times repeat customer to this chain of accomodation."

"The service at Fuhua Vila is very good, with rich breakfast and main meal service for every guest. The reception staff are attentive to almost every customer's housing needs and are polite and enthusiastic. The water in the Vila swimming pool is changed after every check-out. The water is filled in in front of the guests, so it is very clean. Each room has a jacuzzi and 2 bathrooms. Vila guests can use bicycles, water world, and other services for free, but there are restrictions on the number of items and time. Generally speaking, you can go outside to play on a sunny day, and you can have a good day in Fuhua on a rainy day. Advantages: Too many, Kenting Street is very close. Small disadvantage: There is a green sign at the entrance of Vila, and there is a small path going down. I accidentally missed it by driving."

"This hotel disrespects its guests. Because of overbooking, they arranged for two strangers to stay in a four-person room without our consent. When we complained to the hotel, the travel agency that booked the room via LINE claimed that we two were yelling in the lobby. When we asked them to provide CCTV footage of the yelling, they couldn't, so they turned around and accused us of yelling in the room. Is the hotel incompetent, or is Taiwan incompetent in its government, trying to damage the industry's image?"
