"Generally speaking, it's OK, mainly because the environment is good and quiet in a busy city, but the service is really average.
There are several questions and suggestions:
1. Although the breakfast is arranged in a nine-square grid, it looks good in photos and the noodles are delicious, but the breakfast is exactly the same every day, which is a bit ordinary and has no novelty;
2. It is not convenient to have only one trash can in such a large space of the family room, and there is no full-length mirror. The air conditioner is a bit loud;
3. The main problem is the service. The room we booked included a pick-up service. Because the high-speed train was at 9:00 the next morning, we asked the waiter one day in advance to help book a car for 8:40. When we had breakfast at 8:30, we also reminded the front desk waiter that we were leaving at 8:45 and asked for help to book a car. As a result, we were leaving at 8:45 and the car would not arrive for another 10 minutes... The waiter was not in a hurry. Later, we took a taxi and it arrived in three or four minutes...
