FFeidelongwudefengA big thank you to the front desk staff on duty last night; they were very helpful, brought us watermelon, and promptly resolved any issues we raised. We also want to thank the housekeeping staff; because the drain was clogged while we were showering, causing water to overflow into the hallway, they immediately grabbed tools and helped clean it up without a single complaint. Their service was excellent; we actually felt bad because it was late and we didn't want to disturb their rest.
The hotel is newly opened, and the room facilities are very new and excellent.
There is a parking lot in front of the hotel; although it's public, it's sufficient for most parking needs.
There are many restaurants nearby, catering to different tastes.
In short, this is a hotel I would highly recommend.

GGuest UserAn excellent hotel near a pedestrian street. It offers a clean, quiet, two-bedroom family room. My friend, two children, and I stayed there, and there was plenty of space for everyone, and the price was very affordable. We were very pleased with the staff; they were friendly and welcoming. I definitely recommend it for families with children and large groups.

AAnonymous UserIt's so-so. The facilities aren't very new, but the hygiene is acceptable. The shampoo is just so-so. The restaurant food is good, with a wide variety of choices. The train station is right across the street, but it's a small station and not many trains pass through.

SSERGEY KAZANOVFound this hotel in TRIPE, having seen reviews, photos and locations, decided to stop here. Nice surprised the room. Very clean, neat, with snowy beds. Nice, polite staff. I wish that a transfer to the bus station and waiting station is organized. Let these facilities not far, but with bags it is difficult to get to. From big pluses - there is a transfer from the airport! Another wish: I wish there were cafes with a kitchen adapted for Russians next to it. General estimate for hotel 10 out of 10!

GGuest UserMy friend visited Heihe during the May Day holiday. Upon arrival at the hotel, we checked the reserved room first, and with the manager's help, we were upgraded to a river-view room. The room was spacious, bright, and offered a wide view. Watching the ice floes of the Heilongjiang River flow rapidly from inside, my friend was very happy, as it was his first time in Northeast China. The room was very comfortable, with clean and tidy pure white sheets; the attention to detail was excellent. The manager was very warm, helpful, and attentive, making my friend feel the warmth and sincerity of the people of Heihe! The hotel's location is convenient, close to the night market and morning market, and adjacent to the Sino-Russian Overseas Chinese Memorial Hall and the Heihe River Cruise Wharf. The hotel has a Western restaurant, serving both Chinese and Western cuisine, which my friend found excellent. Parking is also convenient, with free parking spaces in front and in the courtyard, making it easy to get around. I personally think it's extremely cost-effective. Before leaving, my friend said that looking at the river view and gazing at Russia on the opposite bank, Heihe was so peaceful and comfortable. I want to thank the hotel manager and staff again for their warm and meticulous service; the experience was top-notch. This hotel will definitely be the first choice for my relatives and friends next time.

GGuest UserWe drove to Heihe with our family and booked a hotel online in advance. Upon arrival, the hotel lived up to the reviews. The location was fantastic, with Mother Square across the street and beautiful views from the sightseeing elevator and corridors. The breakfast was excellent, and the hotel had its own parking lot in the backyard, making it perfect for a road trip. Pets are welcome, and our Shiba Inu had a place to stay, which was great. We didn't get a room for the next day on Ctrip, so we spent an extra hundred yuan to book elsewhere, which was a shame. Other options are fine. Highly recommended.

GGuest UserStaying at the Wudalianchi Workers' Sanatorium was my most fortunate choice. It's the best hotel for sightseeing within the scenic area, offering excellent value for money. Its location is superb, situated in the center of a volcanic rock cold spring magnetic field, placing you in a healthy and relaxing environment from the moment you check in. It's a large facility catering to model workers seeking recuperation, team building activities, and family trips. The grounds feature trees, water features, and walking paths for leisure and recreation. As a health and wellness base of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, it boasts integrated medical, physiotherapy, and health and wellness facilities and a dedicated medical team.
Located in the heart of the tourist area, it offers convenient access to all attractions within walking distance. Room facilities and cleanliness meet standards. The service was satisfactory; the staff proactively considered guests' needs and promptly resolved issues, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Breakfast is included with the stay, and lunch and dinner are also available. Parking is convenient if you drive.

The breakfast is very simple. I stayed for three days and two nights, and the breakfast was mainly light. The house is very clean. If you notify the front desk before going out, the room will be cleaned.
Since it is in the scenic area (in fact, the Wudalianchi scenic area is very large), you don’t have to worry about not being able to find a place to eat. There is a restaurant on the side of the hotel. The local specialties are mineral carp and brine tofu. It is recommended to taste it.
