Comfortable and Convenient Stay with Thoughtful Host We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room is new and modern. However, shower room tiling can be improve further for one of the family room toilet. But the other toilets in the other rooms are good. The location is good, near the second entrance of Huang Guo Shu Waterfall which only opens for day trip. It has MacDonald & bubble tea shop nearby for comfort food. However, it is a 20 min walk from the main ticketing entrance for foreigners for day and evening tickets. Though it is quite a distance, but it is better than getting stuck in the heavy traffic during this peak season. Talking a stroll, passing by the restaurants are ok. The owner is fantastic — they assisted us with one parcel collection from Taobao, which was a huge help since collecting them ourselves would have been inconvenient. They also send our family out to the main road as our 9 seater big bus is not able to enter the small lane to the homestay. To walk to the main road, there is a staircase which is about 1 min walk up. Ok for young and young seniors, but may not be very suitable for very old people with walking difficulties. Overall, this is a highly recommended stay for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a host who goes the extra mile!

The hotel is relatively new, and the linens are of good quality and fresh. They were clean and odorless. The parking lot is huge, and the hotel offers a timely shuttle service to scenic spots for guests. The service was warm, polite, and courteous. The only downside is that the duvet was a bit thick; Southern tourists are used to thinner blankets. Breakfast was plentiful. The restaurant downstairs had good food.

This trip to Huangguoshu Waterfall with my family was a complete success, and the hotel we stayed at far exceeded my expectations – I highly recommend it! The hotel's location is superb, just 1km from the scenic area, very convenient. The environment is tranquil and elegant, far from the hustle and bustle. The rooms are exceptionally spacious and airy, with no feeling of confinement, and excellent natural light and views. The bedding is incredibly comfortable, the mattress is just the right firmness, and there are even latex pillows (I forgot to ask the brand), but my neck felt very comfortable after one night's sleep. The biggest surprise was the smart home system throughout the room – voice control of the lights, curtains, and air conditioning was convenient and the kids found it novel and fun. The owner was also very hospitable; at lunchtime when we checked out, he even introduced us to local food, mentioning chickens raised for five or six years – they looked delicious!

Basic but functional hotel. Room toilet was poorly designed, without any hooks in the shower stall, such that there was a need to step directly into the room after showering. The room itself was comfortable and clean, but the poor design of the toilet caused privacy issues. Breakfast had virtually no variety, even though the noodles cooked on-demand were tasty and of good quality. Hotel staff originally seemed a little cold, but were extremely helpful in handling our baggage. Hotel is a short walk away from the main entrance of the waterfall park, close to many eateries that sell affordable food open at night.

Room: The room was spacious and we had a very comfortable stay. Cleanliness: Very clean, exceeding expectations. Environment: There are many restaurants nearby, offering a wide range of choices. Service: The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the shuttle driver was very attentive. It's very close to the scenic area. The driver told us about safety precautions, and we also asked him about discounts for overnight tickets. Huangguoshu Scenic Area Shuttle Service: The car was very clean, and the staff were very friendly; just let us know in advance.

The service attitude is very good, and the security brother is very responsible. The breakfast is rich and delicious, and the room is quiet. Opposite the hotel is the Old Street Night Market, next to the Cultural Square and the county government seat, there are delicious food all around, Qian Liangchu and Qian Niuxiang are both good, and the transportation here is convenient. The only drawback is that it is difficult to book a room during the summer, and the price has increased too much!

Staying at Heyuan Hotel was a pleasant surprise! The accommodations felt on par with a 3 or 4-star hotel, but at a very affordable price. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and approachable, much like flight attendants. The location is excellent, right next to a tourist bus stop, yet it's wonderfully quiet at night. I read some reviews mentioning mosquitoes, but I didn't encounter a single one during my stay. I'd definitely recommend Heyuan Hotel to friends; its location right by the tourist bus pickup point at the Huangguoshu Scenic Area's Second Visitor Center makes it very easy to find. Newly renovated apartment hotel with complete facilities. The hotel is located in Anshun Shenjun Ecological Cultural Tourism Town. Across the hotel is Happy World, where children can play nearby. The room is not very big. Four rooms form a unit with a brand new kitchen, which seems to have never been used. The air conditioner in the room is very warm, the bathroom is not divided into dry and wet, and the drainage is very slow. After taking a shower, the water on the floor of the bathroom is used again, which affects the use. The guest room where my friend stayed also drained slowly. I hope the hotel will check whether the sewer is blocked to facilitate future guests to check in.
