"Location was great - 5mins walk to supermarket; 10-15mins walk to town centre of Canmore. We did check in and out via the link they sent us so we didn't meet any staffs - feels more like airbnb👍🏽 Room was clean and has everything it stated on trip.com. We can hear sounds from upper level when they walk/anyone stairs up - it didn't bother us as it usually happened during daytime when staffs were doing housekeeping. We will definitely be back to stay again💯"

"The hotel is in a great location, right on Banff Avenue. The bus to the Banff Gondola and Lake Louise is near the hotel, and the transportation is convenient. However, the hotel's sound insulation is average, the air conditioner is very loud, slippers are not provided, and the facilities are not complete."

I can understand the hotel being unattended, but clearly, being unable to contact them via email is a major problem. The room itself was fine. The brand is reputable; the hotels in Grizzly were excellent, but the service at these Canmore hotels of the same brand is noticeably subpar."

"The hotel is generally good and suitable for family travel. The room is equipped with a full set of kitchen utensils and dining utensils, as well as a washing machine and a dryer. However, the elevator was broken when we checked in, so we had to climb the stairs with our luggage."
