The property is surrounded by beautiful, lush greenery, which creates a very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff and the owners are incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. I would also highly recommend the massage service – it was very professional and extremely relaxing. The rooms are simple but clean and comfortable, and the service is quick and efficient. It's 3 mins down dirt roads in Trang An (where the longest and biggest major boat ride attraction is located), from the main paved road and such a beautiful setting in the mountains and ponds because of it. Quiet and peaceful not busy and backpacker like Tam Coc or city like Ninh Bin. They have a 2 story building with big new modern rooms I stayed in with a long large shared balcony with seating built in 2025. I never saw the older single rooms across the property but there were guests in them. The hostess is very helpful and accommodating along with her 2 daughters. They cook breakfast included, do laundry, rent motorbikes, help booking Xanh or Grab, sell water and snacks. New modern indoor seating for meals. Bicycles are free to borrow and riding around the dirt roads enjoying the scenery is a treat. A very easy place to stay. I personally rented a motorbike and was out from morning until 9pm every day sight seeing. Wake up and look at the beautiful mountains every morning in this homestay. Everything is affordably priced and normal for the region. Cheaper than other cities in Vietnam. They do NOT do CREDIT CARD booking payment. Pay for your room, motorbike, laundry, food when you check out with CASH so make sure you have enough on your last day.

It was okay, there are free bicycles to use. However there are a few things are worth mentioning. There’s no power point beside the bed, so you can’t charge your phone and use it while lying down. There’s also no power point in the bathroom, which means no blow-drying your hair inside. They do have a spot outside for drying hair, but there’s no mirror there, so it’s not practical and I doubt that setup is going to change. The room has no entertainment at all, not even a TV, which may or may not matter depending on the person. One thing that might bother some people is the mirror directly facing the bed. It can be uncomfortable or even considered bad feng shui. Honestly it gave me a bit of a scare at night. Overall fine for a simple stay, but these are things to be aware of.

A very friendly family runs this small homestay. We felt very comfortable. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. A delicious breakfast was also provided, and if the weather is warm enough, you can use the pool. Otherwise, it's also pleasant to relax on the sun lounger in front of the pool. Many thanks to the whole family who run this homestay and ensured we had a wonderful stay.

We stayed one night at this lovely homestay in Hoa Lu, near Ninh Binh, and it was perfect. The owners are so kind and caring — they don’t speak much English, but they make you feel welcome with their hearts. It was the best experience we’ve had in Vietnam. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a nice bathroom and a view of the garden and pool. The food was amazing — we had breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even coffee in the afternoon, and everything was delicious. We also rented a motorbike from the homestay, which was very easy. I really recommend this place if you want peace, good food, and lovely people.

Неплохой отель. Очень тихий и зелёный. Есть бассейн но я не купалась, только на одну ночь останавливалась. Расположение удобное, так как рядом находится достопримечательность Hang Mua. Также рядом много кафе. И можно утром погулять вдоль рисовых полей, красивые места вокруг.номер очень большой по размеру.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful, very clean, and well located. If you’re looking for a peaceful place to relax in nature with stunning scenery, this is the perfect spot. It’s true that there aren’t many shops nearby, but it’s very easy to get a taxi or a Grab, which usually arrives within minutes. The breakfast is excellent — delicious, well-balanced, and made with fresh, organic ingredients. They even have their own chicken coop, which is amazing because they cook eggs from their own chickens! The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, and the service is top-notch. Everything is spotless and well taken care of. Highly recommended!

Cheap and okay hotel, friendly and polite owner and family members, good English spoken by the owner, cheap motorbike rental

This is a basic hotel with reasonable prices. We stayed here for one night. Unfortunately, there was a power outage that lasted about 20 minutes. Fortunately, the owner responded quickly, and the electricity was restored promptly. The hotel is in a convenient location, only 100 metres from Hao Lu Old Town
