DDmitriy ZhushmanWow! A true oasis of coziness right in the heart of Ninh Binh! This place simply exceeded all our expectations. If you're looking for a spot to truly relax and unwind, Tuyet's Homestay is a perfect choice. The absolute treasure of this little hotel is the super host! From the very first minute, she surrounds you with such sincere care that you instantly forget you're just a tourist and feel like a highly anticipated guest. The service here is on a whole other level: incredibly polite, attentive, and with a huge focus on the smallest details. The space itself is decorated with so much love, the rooms are perfectly clean and have a very warm, homey atmosphere that is so nice to return to after long walks around Hoa Lu. The host is always there if you need help, always smiling, ready to suggest the best routes and sort out any issue from the bottom of her heart. On top of that, the stunning nature and peace around are exactly what you need for a complete reset. Huge thanks for the warm welcome and incredible hospitality! This is definitely a place you want to return to again and again. 10 out of 10, I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

GGuest UserIt's 3 mins down dirt roads in Trang An (where the longest and biggest major boat ride attraction is located), from the main paved road and such a beautiful setting in the mountains and ponds because of it. Quiet and peaceful not busy and backpacker like Tam Coc or city like Ninh Bin. They have a 2 story building with big new modern rooms I stayed in with a long large shared balcony with seating built in 2025. I never saw the older single rooms across the property but there were guests in them. The hostess is very helpful and accommodating along with her 2 daughters. They cook breakfast included, do laundry, rent motorbikes, help booking Xanh or Grab, sell water and snacks. New modern indoor seating for meals. Bicycles are free to borrow and riding around the dirt roads enjoying the scenery is a treat. A very easy place to stay. I personally rented a motorbike and was out from morning until 9pm every day sight seeing. Wake up and look at the beautiful mountains every morning in this homestay. Everything is affordably priced and normal for the region. Cheaper than other cities in Vietnam. They do NOT do CREDIT CARD booking payment. Pay for your room, motorbike, laundry, food when you check out with CASH so make sure you have enough on your last day.

BBastifantastiA very friendly family runs this small homestay. We felt very comfortable. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. A delicious breakfast was also provided, and if the weather is warm enough, you can use the pool. Otherwise, it's also pleasant to relax on the sun lounger in front of the pool. Many thanks to the whole family who run this homestay and ensured we had a wonderful stay.

ППавелWe recently spent a few days in Ninh Binh and stayed at a hotel that was very comfortable and ambience friendly.
Firstly, I would like to mention the friendly and helpful staff. They were always ready to help with any questions and offer advice on what to see in the area. They offered us a tour of the local attractions, which was a great start to our stay. We also rented a motorbike from them and travelled around many beautiful locations.
The room we stayed in was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities. We especially loved the view from the window - the picturesque rice fields and mountain views created an incredible atmosphere.
We would definitely recommend it to anyone planning to visit Ninh Binh!

SSiria CappelloWe stayed one night at this lovely homestay in Hoa Lu, near Ninh Binh, and it was perfect. The owners are so kind and caring — they don’t speak much English, but they make you feel welcome with their hearts. It was the best experience we’ve had in Vietnam.
The room was very clean and comfortable, with a nice bathroom and a view of the garden and pool. The food was amazing — we had breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even coffee in the afternoon, and everything was delicious.
We also rented a motorbike from the homestay, which was very easy. I really recommend this place if you want peace, good food, and lovely people.

GGuest UserНеплохой отель. Очень тихий и зелёный. Есть бассейн но я не купалась, только на одну ночь останавливалась. Расположение удобное, так как рядом находится достопримечательность Hang Mua. Также рядом много кафе. И можно утром погулять вдоль рисовых полей, красивые места вокруг.номер очень большой по размеру.

QQi CaiHotel located at a strategic location near the bus station. The owner is very friendly and we rented a motorbike from him. Sound proof is not the best but this was also due to us having a noisy neighbour on the night of stay.
