The only issue was that the reception staff asked my friend to pay for the room, even though the full payment had already been made through Trip.com. I only discovered this after arriving back in Hai Phong. This made me extremely uncomfortable due to the lack of professionalism. After contacting the hotel, I had to wait until Monday for the accounting staff to come in. 😏"

The included breakfast wasn't very good for my taste. Rooms without windows have a slight air conditioning smell upon arrival, making them a bit musty."
