Business Hotels in Tampa

I must share this experience with everyone, be vigilant! ⚠️ Brand is considered top-notch in Hyatt, but the service we receive has never been worse! 1) Arrive at the airport first. When booking a hotel, I chose a hotel close to the airport. When I called the hotel, I said arrogantly: We don’t have a shuttle bus. You can take Uber yourself. Because I haven’t downloaded Uber yet, I went to call one, and the black driver charged us 25 for the 10-dollar journey; 2) When I went to the front desk, I seemed to be very enthusiastic. I asked for a credit card guarantee. I thought it was just a record, and I didn’t notify us. I just swiped $200/no receipt, and I only saw it when I turned on my phone when I got to the room. Complain to Ctrip, saying that it may be a guarantee, and wait until the last day to check out; 3) There are people excitedly calling friends in the corridor at 2-3 o'clock in the middle of the night. On the day of check-out, the front desk reconfirmed the issue of breakfast included, saying that if breakfast is included, a local fee will be deducted / there is a receipt, and when I check my phone at the airport, I will deduct a few hundred dollars (without any explanation / Receipt; 🤔️ At that time, I was annoyed. Hyatt deceits too much! ! ! If the agent doesn't reply, it doesn't matter, just go to the bank directly and freeze all deductions. On the day the bank froze, Ctrip notified that the agent replied that there were several debits that were wrong. 🤑 Therefore, don't be afraid of the big shop bullying customers! Find a more authoritative one (this is the only way to deal with Americans, whoever insists on talking!) In the follow-up, I chatted with my friends and said that Hyatt is like this! So, lesson learned! Suggestion, if you can not choose Hyatt, don't choose Hyatt! ! ! 👎

The hotel location can also be next to a small river and then downtown. Although it is the city center but there is nothing to eat and no shopping malls, but the hotel is nice. It is convenient to visit the aquarium and busch garden if you want to shop or recommend Hotels near the airport have parking and takeaway can be delivered upstairs

I always enjoy my stays at the Embassy Suites! The room was remarkably clean, everything worked properly, the comfort level was great & this location was close to the majority of places I wanted to visit. The only small downside was that the amenities that I enjoy the most were unavailable due to the pandemic; namely, the Breakfast & Cocktail Hour. Overall, I’d still say it was a great stay!

The ceilings were very low. The property was VERY dark inside. Access to the pool was VERY awkward (if not, a little scary). There was a bar at the pool but it was not open. No where to get food or drinks.

The environment is beautiful and the location is also very good. It is 10 minutes away from the airport road. It is very convenient to all scenic spots. There is a very good Brazilian restaurant next to the hotel. The hotel services are also good. There is a free bus to the airport that can be reserved at any time

This hotel has not been renovated in years and it does not have double pane glass windows. The rooms that face the street sound like you are sleeping on the highway. I asked to move and the hotel is full; I get that... but there is no way a hotel should be selling rooms that are this noisy. They have a little white noise machine that does nothing to block the noise of sirens and yahoos racing down the street. Avoid unless you can get a courtyard facing room. Also...I'm in a room with two queen beds and one of them was clearly not changed after the last guest was here. See photo... The front desk woman Anita was super nice, but one of the men working the front could not have cared less when I mentioned that the noise was unacceptable.

Last week I was booking a room in Brandon Fla. I mistakenly booked for the the 6th when my arrival was the 5th. When I arrived at the hotel on the 5th I was greeted with friendliness and smiles by the two front desk employees. I told them my name and that I had a reservation. They found it but for the next night. I told them I screwed up. Diana ,one of the two front desk employees took over and offered to assist me. She was amazing friendly and patient as I explained my mistake. It was Strawberry Festival time and available hotel rooms were hard to find. She explained that the night I booked was less because it was not as high demand as the night I showed up. She did find a room luckily and was able to get the price close to what I was going to pay. She also was able to cancel my reservation for the next night even though it was past the cancelation time. She really saved the day and did it with a smile, understanding and compassion. I really appreciated how she handle my situation.
