I personally had a very bad experience started with BJ, business card on the counter reflects Vijay Patel General Manager. When i reported to the counter to check in He stated I am out of King beds, I stated Sir, are you aware I booked this room on 2-26-26,for 1 king size bed because of my physical Size and its two of us.BJ started I don't have any more king size beds. I replied you can not change my reservation, would you like to see my reservation number, BJ said no, I stated i want a king size bed, and you are not allowed to change what i have booked over two weeks ago. Mr.BJ stated i can do what ever i want to do and i replied no sir, you will not change my reservation why do you think it call reservation, we exchanged a few no profanity or disrespectful words. He offered me a room with two queen beds. I wanted to see this room with two queen beds and said no sir give me what i have paid for, He then said you can go some where else. I said i would if i had time but i have business in a few hours from now. Mr.BJ stated" ok i found a room you know how it is some body came in here wanting to get 10 ten room all with King beds and paid" I said what does that got to do with me i paid before they did. when arrived to my up stairs room no elevator i was horrified, the closet was empty NOTHING but a large empty space only one light in back and a Safe in the corner. I retrieve a ironing board from front desk. no microwave. I have 6 six pictures having trouble loading.
