Her mother, a second-generation Chinese, speaks simple Chinese. Communicating with them is very kind and warm!

AAnonymous UserThe room was spacious and came with a balcony offering a natural view. On the downside, the bed was quite hard – clearly an old spring mattress – and the water pressure was weak. The blanket provided was also rather thin. While soap, shampoo, a shower cap, and facial tissues were supplied, we had to go down to reception to request a hair towel and hairdryer. Its location is convenient, not far from Hop Inn. Plus, there's a delicious 'Khao Tom Term Suk' restaurant directly across the street.

GGuest UserReception was welcoming and helpful, but housekeeping was not. Don’t ask for anything extra (towels, pillows, coffee etc.) or you'll get a flat “NO” and a bad attitude. Rooms are small with tiny windows but nicely appointed, and clean. Great location next to the train station for exploring the town of Trang and its history and local markets.
