The hostess of the hotel is extremely hospitable, helpful, quite responsible, and generous , Help us to solve all the problems encountered in the local area; 3. The hostess is really patient, meticulous, and really feel at home when she asks and asks the guests; 4. This trip, let us Good impression on some Thai people in Trang. We prefer the small towns outside of China. Thanks to the hostess for our selfless, enthusiastic and generous help! The hostess is of Chinese descent, but basically does not speak Chinese, but can easily use translation software to communicate in Chinese. Her mother, a second-generation Chinese, speaks simple Chinese. Communicating with them is very kind and warm!

GGuest UserFantastic hotel! It's near to the city centre, but not noisy. When we arrived the little old lady was very keen to show us her new restaurant kitchen (of which she is very proud), so I obliged & went to have a quick look. The bedrooms are clean & spacious. I wasn't sure whether to book at Usabuy as there are some negative comments on the reviews, but there are NO bad tempered dogs in the street and the place is very clean. The bathroom looks as if it has been tiled recently. The staff were all very friendly and efficient.
