"The hotel liked it, the room is clean. Convenient location, up to the beach 5 minutes. Around there are lots of cafes and dining rooms, no food problems. The hotel is quiet. Everything is good, recommend 👍"

GGuest UserA wonderful guest house, cleanliness, for children there is a play area, rooms standard , cozy, off the sea near, min 10 slow step, next to the dining room, Sochi Park with attractions, we had a room with a view to the mountains. We liked it, now we know where to stop.

EEkaterinaОтличный семейный номер, чистейшее белоснежное постельное белье, кровати удобные, выдают всю необходимую мелочь: тапочки, гели, зубные щетки. Ухоженная территория отеля, можно сходить в бассейн с подогревом в соседний отель бесплатно, там даже выдают полотенца. В целом нам очень понравилось, единственное далеко до олимпийских объектов, и рядом нет магазинов обычных. Ближайший магазин Перекресток в мандарине с ценами больше в 2 раза обычных.

＞ Провальная шумоизоляциия, слышны звуки у соседей. Удивительно, как в таких основательных зданиях такие дешевые стены.
＞ Кровать ужасная, мы всю неделю плохо спали. Две объединены в одну. Шов по центру. Забудьте про обнимашки перед сном! Белье очень неприятное тактильно. Как будто выбрали самое дешовое + будто ему уже много лет.
＞ Сан узел неуютный, холодный, с холодным светом. Выходишь из душа и попадаешь в заморозку, при этом в комнате пекло если включили батареи.
＞ Комнаты очень сухие, хотелось постоянно наносить крем для рук и капать в глаза увлажняющие капли.

GGuest UserClose to the red field, stop mountain air. Near a cafe with delicious breakfasts, lunches and dinners in a cheesecake next to or in the dining room at the hotel. Heated pool. Room a little tired. View excellent from the balcony. Staff friendly

GGuest UserVery convenient location. Not far from the rope road, but you will have to sinking to the mountain. Take a family room with a two-storey bed, children delighted. Very clean fresh bed. Mattresses are flexible, not cheap. The room is small but comfortable. The bathroom is not new but quite clean. On the first floor the dining room at the restaurant price. Food for 3 cu. Better add and go to Grusha, which is next to the hotel. Nothing for children. Would I go back there? I'm not likely. I want to visit other hotels.

AAnonymous UserA terrible old hotel. Booked without reading reviews. The smell of spleen meets the threshold, killed numbers, with the photo nothing in common. First set in the room worse, but the administrator showed several rooms for choice and we chose the room fresher. But overall, all rooms were bad. The only plus was location, minute and you on the embankment. Well, cheap price. What did I really want for 1300 a day?
