The resort is nicely situated on the slope of a hill (the road to the accommodation is quite steep). A lovely café/bakery with delicious pastry is situated just a few meters downhill. Our bungalow was a bit outdated but it was very cosy with ondol heating, had a stunning view on the reservoir and the surroundings. And most of all, the owner was really kind, accommodating and helpful. The bungalow has everything you need for your stay: fridge, microwave, stove, water and rice cookers. And a lovely balcony. You can park your car in front of your house door. The resort is well situated to visit Jirisan National Park and the beautiful Hwaeomsa Temple. There is also a pedestrian bridge leading to a beautiful garden with walking paths on a hill just across the road. We couldn't experience it however, because it was raining a lot on the day we were supposed to. We would be happy to come back and highly recommend this accommodation.

Although my room was small, it had everything I needed and was quiet and clean. I was particularly happy with the shower - plenty of hot water and great water pressure. Moreover, the front desk and housekeeping were all very professional and helpful. I chose the hotel because of its proximity to some of the places I wanted to visit and because it was close to the waterfront. I quite enjoyed my walks there mornings and evenings. It also turned out to be right across from Lotte Mart Maxx and within a 5-minute walk from both Daiso and Paris Baguette. Breakfast was included in the extremely affordable price. It was not gourmet but perfectly adequately and filling. If I ever return to Mokpo, I will certainly consider staying at Hound Hotel.

Overall, it offers excellent value for money! All rooms are sea-facing, and there's a parking lot conveniently located on the ground floor. Both Ganjang Gejang Street and Lotte Supermarket are just a few hundred meters away, making them a short walk. You'll also frequently find mobile fruit stalls nearby selling very affordable produce.

My girlfriend and I checked into this lovely hotel in Korea—spotless room, soft lighting, the kind of place that makes you whisper out of respect. We went out for food, came back happy and exhausted, and fell asleep thinking we’d nailed the perfect stay. At exactly midnight, the romance died. From the ceiling vents came a sound like light scratching… then movement. Out crawled a giant spider—no exaggeration—about the size of a dinner plate, legs first, like it owned the place. We both froze. Time slowed. I’m pretty sure my soul left my body. The spider disappeared back into the vents just as fast as it came, leaving us wide awake, lights on, questioning every life choice. Beautiful hotel. Unforgettable guest. 🕷️

It was so good than I thought It's a place I want to go again. I will definitely go again 1. It was so good that the way to visit was Metaseguia Road 2. Clean and all the necessary daily necessities are prepared and there is a massage pack. 3. The bathtub is a massage bathtub, so it's 200 points! It was cool 4. There's a karaoke room! The sound was perfectly quiet and spacious. 5. Feeling sleeping out of the hotel room !!! 6. The first floor was divided into parking spaces, so it was neat and safe.

Hotel situé proche arrêt de bus en venant du terminal des bus.,ainsi que pour faire les visites.Chambre correcte pour une personne ,propre,bonne literie par contre décoration surchargée ce qui rend la chambre plus petite,le plus le fauteuil de massage bien qu'un peu défoncé fonctionne très bien à condition de savoir le mettre en route car pas de notice en anglais. Le lendemain le ménage n'était pas fait (1janvier?) mais à la réception j'ai eu des disettes de café et bouteilles d'eau quand le soir j'ai ete demander.

This motel was probably the cleanest one I have stayed at. No stains on the bed or towels, and the floor was clean. The only bad thing is that the ceiling went up into a kind of square shape above the bed, and there was a big bug (not a roach) above where my head was, and there's like a little trough area so it was able to hide, too, and it wouldn't die, no matter how many times I sprayed it. I couldn't change rooms until the next day, so I slept with my head at the foot of the bed. The next day, I was moved to a different room with a wooden panel sticking down from the ceiling so no bugs would fall. They also kept my luggage while I went out for the day, and the workers were friendly. It was a good stay overall.

Stayed for 4 nights in private room. Small but compact room with drawers and shelves for storage. Good hot working shower. Comfortable beds and efficient air con and fan. Plenty of food options and shops around as close to the university and good transport links to major attractions. Shared kitchen, small but everything you need. Due to this being shared, it was not always the cleanest as not everyone takes responsibility to clean after themselves. Hosts were LOVELY. Really friendly and always around for a chat. We sat with them for dinner one evening and we're given local fruits to try. Cheap and convenient.

Although it was a little old, it was overall a satisfactory accommodation. Mano is a place with motels and hotels nearby, and there are many restaurants, so it is a good location.

Host was very nice and responded fast to our requests, new towels, toilet paper, water bottles, juice can and coffee can. Underfloor heating in bedroom and due to that, first night was too hot, consequently the other night opening windows and the door to the main entrance. Bed was too hard for me and I couldn't fall asleep straight away. There is actually a construction work site outside in front of the window. The noise starts at 08:00 o'clock. There is a very good restaurant just leaving the Samoa on the left side with good dishes, restaurant owner is a very lovely lady, see photos.
