The counter staff are also very friendly and know a little bit English. And it's really smoke free. What I'm most worried about is that some guests secretly smoke in the room, and it will spread throughout the building. Sound insulation is basically good? Maybe during the time I stayed, the guests around were very polite? But still the corridor sound can hear it if there is movement outside the door.
