The room was clean, tidy, and quiet. The surrounding amenities were excellent, and the service was attentive and patient. If your budget allows, I highly recommend staying here; you won't be disappointed. It was a fantastic experience.

We stayed for 5 days. Our room was clean and was always kept clean by the friendly staff. The manager and the housekeeping staff were all helpful, accommodating and always cheerful. They definitely made up for the rudeness we experienced from some of their fellow countrymen. Good location with lots of nearby convenience stores and restaurants. We truly recommend this hotel. The hotel was a bit dated but very clean. They didn’t provide toothbrushes but you can purchase them in the lobby. The staff were kind and helpful. The gym was surprisingly very good for a hotel of this size!

I stopped by Changwon on a family trip. The reason I came back a second time was because the staff was so kind. The female staff were also so kind and took care of everything for me in the evening, and I was impressed. The male staff member, who looked to be in his late 40s, was especially very kind. I came with children, and I was grateful to them for being kind and taking good care of them. Kindness 1000 points!!! Thank you😍😍😍😍😍 May you all be blessed

I came here for BTS Consert. I was so surprised when they gave me a little gift of BTS. thank you for welcoming army like me. I am so sorry for the messy room because this is my firstime they come clean our room every day. I really like how they provide lot of amenities for travelers. 정말 감사해요.

This is the hotel I stayed at while on a business trip to Changwon LG. I was very picky when choosing this hotel, but it had everything I wanted: room condition, bathroom, breakfast, and snacks. The front desk manager was incredibly kind, and I had a great rest!

The hotel is in the city center, halfway between Jinhae Station and the intercity bus terminal. The room is spacious and clean, bed is wide, TV is good, wifi connection is strong. Staff is friendly and helpful, really warm after a long trip coming here. Restaurants are all around. The one next to the hotel offers good quality Korean beef and pork at reasonable prices.

기대보다 깔끔한 시설입니다. 조식도 좋구요. 출장 시 종종 예약 할 것 같네요 아쉬운점은 6-7시쯤에는 주차할 곳이 마땅치 않습니다 9시 이후는 주차공간이 많구요. 그외는 전반적으로 굉장히 마음에 듭니다.

Well located and saved us after another hotel was unable to accommodate us! The staff were lovely and friendly! We booked to go and see the cherry blossom festival, it was in a great location for it as the buses were frequent and often! Bonus! There is a lake near by that’s beautiful- sadly we didn’t see the fireworks show that’s there because we didn’t know about it but we had an amazing time! The hotel also has a full sized bath which was wonderful! Would definitely stay here again!
