It was a consecutive stay, but the reserved room was not of the same level, so after check-out, I was told to vacate the room and move out at the next check-in time. Other hotels said I could move to a room that was cleaned first, but I said there was no need to leave, so they said there was no room and that I had to upgrade if I wanted to stay. I ended up paying extra and upgrading, but there were a lot of rooms available for check-out the next morning.
Also, the room information was poor. The refrigerator was not in the right place, so I contacted them and they told me that the floor was originally on a different place. There was no information and it was even broken. In addition, the light in front of the door did not turn on, so when I asked, there was a small button under the card key slot that turns it on only here. There was also no explanation, etc.

I chose it only by looking at the rating of the accommodation because it was a first-degree road, but I was surprised that the location was in the middle of the nightlife. Even though it was a weekday, there were drunk people until late at night, so I thought I chose the wrong one at first, but the room condition was so good that it was reversed. I had a very pleasant time. I plan to use it again.

Visited on a business trip to Seko. It is convenient to cross only one crossing of Seko and City Seven, and it is a familiar neighborhood because I have been nearby. Conveniently located in front of 24-hour convenience stores and restaurants. Although there are windows, but because of the noisy lighting and the exterior wall, there is no light. Although it smells a little bit, it is clean and well managed on the whole. There is an underground parking lot, but the entrance is very narrow as you are all moving (the taxi uncle is annoying) Not suitable for family travelers, the front desk is on the 5th floor and the staff is friendly. I would like to recommend it most for short business trips.

JjimmytaoCrown Hotel is located in Changwon City. In front of the hotel is Changwon Bus Station, which is very convenient for going to other cities in South Korea. There are also restaurants near the hotel, which can meet the needs of normal business trips. If you want to go to the city, it is not expensive to take a taxi or bus. The taxi is 8000 and the bus is 1450. It is clean and tidy. There is no problem communicating in English at the front desk.

IizziedadI came and stayed the day before to attend my son's naval training completion ceremony. The room was clean and the bed was very nice. I had a good home-cooked breakfast in the morning, and all the staff were very friendly, so it was a satisfactory stay.
Because the location is a new port, the view is a container view... I think it was a bit of an unusual experience, and since it's a newly built area nearby, there isn't much, but there's everything you need and the food around is delicious.
One thing I wish the hotel would do is that there was no towel rack in the washroom, which was a bit inconvenient. I think it would be good if they could take action.
I was satisfied with the clean facilities and friendliness of my stay.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the center of Changping District, with warm service and very good environment. There are many food stores around it. It is not far from Changyuan Plaza, where there is also Lotte logo and cinema, and it takes a few minutes to walk there. The only problem is that the breakfast variety is not very rich, and you need to make fried eggs yourself.

Knowing that I was traveling alone, he invited me and his family to watch the annual chrysanthemum exhibition held in Mashan City in his car, and then treated me to a seafood dinner. I am not a big guest but only staying for two nights. He also took care of me. Thank you very much.
When I left, I made special arrangements for the staff to take me back to Busan to take a bus near the airport and then transfer to the subway. Thank you very much.
In addition to the lack of courtesy, the entrance check-in area is small but the room has a large sense of space. It is very clean, has a soaking tub, and there is a warm blanket on the bed.
Something special to mention is that the room provides toner and body lotion for women, aftershave lotion for men, as well as gel and hairspray for hair. It’s great to see and feel like home. I have been traveling for 30 years. This is the first time I've seen it all.
The location is very quiet behind the main street and close to the market. Some attractions are within walking distance and it is also close to the bus station. You can take a bus to even faraway attractions, which is very convenient.

The worst is breakfast. It was 7-9 o'clock operation time and I visited at 8 o'clock, and even if the customers with the tickets stood at the entrance, the staff just looked at and served. When I asked, I came and asked me to stand for 15 minutes because the order was pushed. Waiting? There are many empty seats, can't you sit and wait? I couldn't distinguish it, so I went to the hotel room and waited and came in 15 minutes. There were more than 50 seats in the empty seats, but the staff seemed to be a lack of Capa covering the order. If you can't respond to the number of staff and the number of customers, you can separate the seats that you can order rather than the suggestion to wait in the hotel room and reduce the inconvenience of moving to the remaining waiting seats. It looks more wise. So I waited in the hotel room for 15 minutes, and 2 menu materials were exhausted out of 5 menu. The staff were friendly but the service was not defined only by kindness, but it seems to need to reorganize the process inside the hotel.
