The proprietress's service attitude is very good, the response is also very fast and friendly, but the staff is not good The location is very close to the ski resort, suitable for families to choose to live recommended

The hotel is on the East side of the station which we hadn't stayed before. Its quieter then the West which was nice but still close to some restaurants and the main bus stops for ski resorts. Its about a 5 min walk from the station. We arrived and nobody was at reception and even dinging the bell we had to wait a while. It is a bit of a mess downstairs in reception with the owners clutter but that has nothing to do with your stay so not to worry. We did request a Japanese room if available but nothing was ever mentioned about that and we just got a western style twin. The owner didnt know much english so we didn't want to bother trying to explain. It was clean, neat and every day we got new towels, yukata, new tea, bed made etc. There is a dry room downstairs for your skis and boots and gear and everything was toasty and warm in the morning. You leave the key in the box when you leave each day and get it back from reception once you return, though if we went out for dinner again later or to the konbini we would just keep it on us. You have your own bathroom but they also have 1 Japanese Onsen and you can use it for private and lock the door. It was so nice to have private Onsen as we have rarely been able to have Onsen together in Japan as a couple. It is also a close walk to a Lawson so you don’t have to fight the other tourists for food at the 7 Eleven on the west side. Or you can go to Matsumoto KiYoshi at the station East side. The hotel was quiet when we were there. Perhaps there wasn't many guests or maybe they were just considerate and quiet people. I would stay here again for sure but would like to get a Japanese room next time.

The facilities are complete, the room heater is super warm, and it is very convenient to walk to the Tashiro Cable Car Station. Recommended!

Hotel service is very good, the hotel location is relatively convenient, skiing is equivalent to sliding in and out, we drive by ourselves, parking is also very convenient, and there are convenience stores near the hotel, will choose here next time.

The grandfather at the front desk was very kind and friendly, although the language was not available, but it was very helpful. The dinner is also delicious, the environment is clean and hygienic, and it feels like a traditional Japanese hotel. The only downside is that there is only a public bathhouse, and the bathhouse has private time, which may take a long time if you want to take a bath during this time. My girlfriend likes 🥰

It takes 10 minutes to walk from the west exit of the station. If you want to move with snowboards to the east exit of the station, it will be a little hard. It is best to find a ski shop willing to cooperate with the connection. There are many rooms and there is a very comfortable friendship hall. The landlord is also very enthusiastic to deal with the problems encountered. It is very suitable for large groups of friends to have fun, but there is only one bathroom for men and women in B1. Many people may have to arrange washing time. We have been unable to use karaoke normally, the preset account is unpaid, we have tried our best to pay, the landlord has not seen it, and finally rely on YouTube to sing hard.

The room is very clean, the Japanese-style room is very large, the food supplied by  is very rich.
