The export couple is very warm and welcoming, the wife's cooking is very good, the taste is also good, the air scenery in the clear is super super super, completely relaxing place, I hope to go back to vacation often.

A beautiful quaint guesthouse with a goat pet. Ben san and Kaori san were great host. I had dinner at the guest house which was beautifully presented. It was a 5 course italian theme meal with coffee. Thr gurst house is a littlr further from train station but pick up can be arranged. There were many restaurants within walking distance from the guest house. Several Walking and hiking trails are doable from guesthouse. The walls were not totally soundproof, but no issue in japan. My room had a sun roof which was great but it also woke me up with the sun light shinning through early morning. May not be a bad thing as it helped tp start the day early.

Although it is a historic pension, it is very carefully maintained and cleaned. Also, the bread for breakfast is excellent but a great amount, and the rest can be taken home.

I was able to spend very comfortable with a quaint pension! Arrived at the nearest station late at night and headed for the pension on foot, but I was very scared because there was no street light. Please go before the sun goes down. The room was very clean and well cleaned, which was impressive. And a wonderful breakfast! It was a kind husband and wife, a treat. There are towels, dryers, large baths, Wi-Fi, There is no convenience store or vending machine nearby, so preparation is necessary.

I always use it for the Yatsugatake Endurance Tournament held at the next Equestrian Stadium. It's helpful because you can walk early in the morning. It is a pension with a cat. ❗ irresistible for cat lovers.
