"Mother of groom and family booked by my son, phoned to check he could pay wedding night when we collected cars, was agreed. My other son was asked for our passports then made to pay on the spot,! Most guests pay morning they leave. Obviously prejudicial to English people. Sounds like ripping us off as 3 hours earlier my son The groom had said he was paying. They were going to charge £700 with 2 payments. This hotel is disgusting and costing £350 for night was appalling. Dirt and dust everywhere, paper peeling and bathroom faeces on the wall, broken and cracked tiles everywhere. We weren't using onsen due to allergies. The floor only has beds to be made up on arrival and a table. This has spoilt my sons wedding preparations as he was very annoyed and had to drive over to sort it out so missed his planned events. We would not recommend this. Food there is no personal choice, they don't ask if anyone has allergies and you have what they dish up. As a foreigner no instructions how to eat the food as we had to cook some. We won't have breakfast as had enough so loss of 5 meals paid also and completely ruined the wedding evening for us and the groom feels awkward we endured this. Nobody wants a bath due to the unclean state. We feel they just saw us as foreigners and disrespected us. This place needs a full renovation and clean. Look elsewhere as I'm sure cleaner and more value elsewhere. Not value for money at this onsen"

"I stayed there without meals included. I arrived at night. The surrounding area is a villa area with no streetlights and it was pitch black. There were no signs or directions, so I relied on my car's navigation system to finally get there. The building was spacious and clean, and the room was also spacious, allowing for a relaxing stay. The large public bath was also spacious and clean. The staff were foreigners, but they guided me politely. The only downside was that, although it was fine in my room, there was a sweet perfume or aromatherapy scent throughout the entire building, which I found unpleasant. It might be acceptable in a massage room, but I think it's better for accommodation to be odorless."

"The pizza was delicious. The staff and manager were also very kind, which was great. It's a bit far from Aichi, but I would like to stay at this hotel again. It was raining on the way there, but we were able to see Mt. Fuji on the way back, which was amazing!"

The inn had a salon-like atmosphere where you could have tea during the day, and although we didn't have time to stay there, it had a wonderful ambiance. My family also loved it and said they'd like to come back, so we hope to have the opportunity to stay with you again in the future."

"The cabin is great for couples or groups of friends. Be sure to grab items for cooking before you arrive - it will make your stay easier. If you have your own transportation it is also suitable. Very cozy and very welcoming staff."

"A beautiful quaint guesthouse with a goat pet. Ben san and Kaori san were great host. I had dinner at the guest house which was beautifully presented. It was a 5 course italian theme meal with coffee. Thr gurst house is a littlr further from train station but pick up can be arranged. There were many restaurants within walking distance from the guest house. Several Walking and hiking trails are doable from guesthouse. The walls were not totally soundproof, but no issue in japan. My room had a sun roof which was great but it also woke me up with the sun light shinning through early morning. May not be a bad thing as it helped tp start the day early."
