"Super super great location, close to Lawang Sewu, a mall, and a bus station. A cathedral and an army museum are within walking distance (tho you can skip the museuk tbh). Staffs are great, very polite, helpful, and quick to offer solutions. Quite loyal with the food and they provide water in the corridors. With that price, ofc there will be some setbacks, amenities are minimal, no fridge, no hair dryer (you can ask them directly), but they do provide water bottle everyday. Overall a great service and a pleasant stay"

1. The front desk guy has a good attitude; he could be a bit more confident.
2. The girls and some of the guys at the dessert hall could be a bit more open and less shy. We’re travelers, not predators. Please don’t look at us with strange or guarded eyes—it makes us feel quite uncomfortable.

At first I wanted to cancel because the trip was out of the planned time. But finally locked and the hotel was very helpful with adding our checkout time. Finally, Kamj add more as soon as possible.

A nice affordable place to stay. The location is the best thing about the hotel. It's located in the middle of the city and you can go to the main attractions easily from the hotel. Also, I like the room service. They clean the room every day. They change the towels and wipe the room clean every day.
The downside is probably just the size of the room. We booked a room for 3 people, and while the room can accommodate 3 people, but it was just too cramped with all our stuffs 🤣 So yeah, the room is small, but everything aside, it was a decent stay!

Got room 109, the room was clean, the hotel atmosphere was calm, the car was often wiped by the security guard... The downside is the parking area is lacking, but you can still park on the side of the road.

The location of the hotel is in the center of the city so it is easy to reach. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. Even if you have checked out, you can still leave the bag. The guard is 24 hours stand by. Very satisfied with this price stay

First, we got a room on the 2nd floor, it smelled of cigarette smoke, even in the hallway the smell of cigarette smoke was very strong.
Then I was moved to the 1st floor. It wasn't bad, it didn't smell too bad, but when I asked to move, the receptionist didn't respond well.
Narrow bathroom. So his clothes got splashed with water.
The bathroom window also looks dirty.
