Excellent Location: The hotel is situated in a prime location in downtown Semarang, offering incredibly convenient transportation access to the Old Town (Kota Lama), popular attractions, and shopping malls. It's a top choice for both business travelers and tourists. High Standard of Service and Dining: The staff were exceptionally warm and professional right from check-in. I especially want to praise their breakfast – the variety was impressive, with a wide selection of local Indonesian flavors and Western dishes, all prepared with great care. Well-Equipped Facilities, Though Showing Some Age: The room was spacious, and the bedding was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. While it's clear the hotel has been around for a while and the decor is more classic and traditional, the overall cleanliness was spotless, and maintenance was excellent. The hotel's pool and gym were also very clean, perfect for relaxing after a busy day.

The location is still goo. The hotel is very aesthetic and has a beautiful design. There is no gym or swimming pool, but the strength of this hotel is the rooftop. It is also near a big mall in Semarang, which is convenient.

Had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfy, and well-maintained. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was also delicious with a good variety. Overall, a pleasant and satisfying experience.

My stay at the Quest Hotel was satisfactory, except for an interaction with a front desk employee whose demeanor was inconsistent with the expected level of customer service for an establishment of this caliber. While I prefer not to identify the individual, I suggest that both personal and staff-wide training initiatives be considered to enhance the guest experience.

Many varies of Breakfast menus, but the taste should be improved. Hot water and air cond settings bit difficult. Overall, still have a nice stay,

The service was excellent, and the location is quite convenient—just a short walk to Lawang Sewu. Overall, a great stay! However, the breakfast could use more variety. It would be nice to see some local Semarang options like pecel or other traditional dishes. That said, the nasi goreng was absolutely amazing—hands down the best I've ever had!

1. Cleanliness: The building itself shows signs of age, and some areas appear to be worn and neglected. Some bedding and towels were a bit unmaintained. 2. Location: It's close to the Simpang Lima city center and the airport, and there are shopping malls nearby, making it a prime location. 3. Service: Out of the seven days I stayed, the housekeeper didn't provide towels or toilet paper for five days. At first, I thought it was a mistake, but it was incredibly disappointing to see five consecutive days without cleaning. The receptionists were friendly and responsive to requests, which was nice. The first-floor staff generally provided good service, but I was very disappointed with the room cleaning. 4. Facilities: As mentioned above, the building is old and has some areas that are worn out. 5. Conclusion: I think it's good value for money. However, this is a subjective opinion, so please use it as a guide only.

Check in process took so long, at 3:30 pm the room was still not ready, after being push to be ready, they gave me a smoking room and it was at the very end no. 919. The room smelled of cigarettes. The towels were bad and stained, the TV and room furniture were old. Valet parking is available, breakfast is just standard, not worth staying at this hotel.

queen room type for the price of 300 thousand,,i guess like other hotels.it turns out that the position of the room below has no window size of small mattresses the dust is thin per mattress feels on the body.bad cover makes it crunchy. For the location is very strategic, close to the mall and intersection 5
