************... Already a regular customer.. The hotel is cheap and affordable.. Good facilities.. Very easy access.. Strategic location.

Family staycation here, the road to the location is badly damaged at the incline, where the incline is really high 😂 Entering from the lower gate, no one was guarding it at all, I went into the restaurant but still didn't see anyone at all, finally found the lobby, entered from the other gate, apparently, the receptionist gave me the wrong room, but after checking again, finally I was there. gave me the room according to my order, the lady was also very friendly. The gardens here are nice, everything is well maintained, good for photo spots, the rooms are quite clean and spacious so it's good for many people, but around the rooms the terrace is dirty, the air conditioning disposal is not in the right place so it makes the terrace muddy, the place is very spacious but there are only a few staff , it seems like savings because only my family and I stayed that night, so it was quiet and creepy at night. In the description of the facilities it says there are table tennis and billiards but it turns out they are all damaged, so the only public facilities are a swimming pool, but unfortunately it's not clean, the water filter isn't running either, it was just cleaned in the morning but it's not clean and there's still a lot of dirt floating around. . Over all, I like staying here, the facilities are just lacking, hopefully the next time I come here the billiards tables will be repaired.

Good hotel choice in the city center, next door to many restaurants and only one step away to the main attractions. The room is tidy although the ageing is noticable, sometimes group guests can be very loud talking in a guest room corridor, especially afterhours but that's only 50% hotel's fault, overall worth to stay for budget traveler!

Great place to stay, strategic location and staff are friendly and helpfull. Definitely will come back if I get good price. Food and drink for breakfast it's so yummy and good quality.

Price is affordable! The food is good in terms of variety of choices and taste. The staff are excellenty accomodating. We have to request at the front office to provide us a hairdyer. One thing to complain is about the design of the bathrom. There is no door to close when we are having shower. And since the shower head is attached on the wall, it's really hard to direct the direction of the water spray. As a result, water splases outside the shower room and wet the toilet area and wastafel area. The design is weird. It would have been helpful if at leas they install a shower curtain to prevent the water to wet the area outside the shower room. To solve the problem, I requested for a double bath mat to wipe the wet area. To add, the debit of the water from the shower head was weak so I never felt that I had a proper shower.

3 nights stay here ... with economic budget ... clean rooms and bathrooms, coffee and water heater available ... Those who are going to Bogor can stay here .... recommended

This is a good budget hotel for a family. There are a few quarks at this hotel that a western traveler will find odd. For example they do not provide toilet paper or soap. The location is pretty centrally located. Also the staff is very helpful.
