"The hotel is really great, I loved the location and the view. It would be even better if: - There was a phone in the room to order food, etc. - The TV's internet connection quality could be improved."

"On the app, I already requested a higher-floor room and one that’s relatively quiet, but the front desk still gave me the 11th floor (even though the available options were from the 9th to the 20th floor). At first, I thought the 11th floor might be fine, but later at night I realized the pool was right below my room — you can imagine how noisy it was. When I took a shower at night, I found that the conditioner bottle was completely empty. And around midnight, while I was sleeping, there were people talking loudly at the pool area, and the soundproofing was really poor. And the gym was basically entirely under maintenance. Overall, the experience wasn’t great, although the staff were very friendly."

I especially enjoyed the breakfast spread — plenty of local and international options, all delicious! 🍳☕ After a morning stroll around the nearby gardens, coming back to the peaceful ambiance of the hotel felt wonderful. "For the first time staycation disini. Awal check in sekitar jam 3 tanpa deposit, book non smoke tp adanya smoking , kalau non smoke harus nunggu lagi 30 menit dan semuanya readynya connecting door. Kamarnya lumayan bersih dan amenitiesnya lengkap. Fasilitasnya cukup lengkap dan kids friendly. Bf untuk hotel bintang 4 sorry to say biasa aja, menu dari tiap pilihan kaya western, tradisional, dessert sedikit. Coba nasi goreng juga sudah tidak fresh, seperti sudah dimasak dari malam. Setelah bf mau balik ke kamar boom, ternyata ada acara lomba di lt 16 untuk ratusan peserta dari luar, alhasil ngantri lift lamaaaa bangett harus ngantri sama peserta acara. Sampe bbrp kali nyoba masuk gabisa karna over. Ga sampe situ aja, pas dari kamar mau co ke fo, kayanya bubaran acara juga atau masih rame untuk acara, alhasil nunggu di depan lift udah sekitar 25 menit selalu FULL dari atas yg mau ke ground floor dan lift yang bisa di pencet/akses CUMA SATU lainnya GABISA. Saking lamanya akhirnya coba cari lift untuk hk/service akhirnya pake LIFT KARYAWAN, dan itupun gabisa lgsg ke lt G, harus ke basement/lt 1 trus turun TANGGA. mau co aja berasa abis nge gym karna udah keringetan NUNGGU LIFT, NAIK LIFT KARYAWAN dan TURUN TANGGA trs jalan lumayan ke reseptionist depan. Please untuk manajemen/sales hotel kalau mau ada acara, dari semua segi diperhatikan mulai dari tmpt, akses, jam acara, kapasitas tamu hotel dan lainnya. Karna di lift setelah acara pun tamu hotel banyak yang complain ke engineer yang ada didalem lift, masnya cuma bisa minta maaf dan menjalankan tugasnya tapi sayang didepan lift gaada dari pihak hotel yang mengatur penggunaan lift yang berimbas pada tamu hotel. Semoga kedepannya lebih baik lagi, just want to share my experience. Thank you."

"I stayed 3 nights. First of all, check in time was quite slow. The officer asked some questions which are not important. When I entered my room, the smell was too fragrant that makes staying not enjoyable. The next day when I back to my room, the way the housekeeping cleaned my room not the same as the first day I came. For example, the water jug cap is opened, both mug were opened (while I only use 1 of them). Breakfast have lots of varieties but keeping the same everyday so if you stay long, it's a bit boring. The hotel is opposite mall, but for me it's quite crowded so you cannot have morning walk, while the hotel gym was small and so was the swimming pool. If you ordered food online, the driver also cannot drop to security near lobby but at hotel side. While if it's raining, it will be troublesome."

"Best budget hotel.. Love it. Always stay in it. No nonsense rooms.. Clean and comfortable bed.. Fast Internet.. Walking distance to malls and shops.. Just outside are domino's and macdonalds... What else you want.. And yeah.. Bed and linen are best things about this place."

"A very hidden gem in Bogor. Would be nicer if the place has better maintenance, there are several ”unused” places like billiard area, the billiard is very old and it could be a good co-living space. Wish the upper restaurant area reconstructed to a cafe cause it has a lot of seating area with electrical sockets. Last one, the workers there are too few so there were lots of misunderstandings and the service was too slow (room service). Overall, still a hidden gem."
