What touched me most was the next morning, when I accidentally overslept for breakfast and was feeling frustrated, the waiter knocked on my door and delivered a packed breakfast, saying, ”Since you slept late last night, I left this for you.” When I checked out, the bellhop helped me take my luggage to the parking lot and reminded me to be safe on my way back. The attention to detail shows genuine care. This kind of service makes it hard to leave. I'll definitely stay here again! [Simple and Professional Style] This was an excellent stay. Special Needs: As we were traveling with an elderly family, we contacted the hotel in advance to arrange a room on a lower floor, which was already equipped with anti-slip flooring upon arrival."
