However, we weren't used to the local cuisine, so we ate at the hotel restaurant throughout the trip. The selection was extensive, the food was delicious, and the prices were reasonable, so there was no need to go out specifically to find food. As one of the top hotels in the area, the facilities were comprehensive, and the staff were very friendly and responsive to our needs. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a modern and stylish design, making for a very pleasant stay. The bedding was soft, and a good night's sleep was incredibly restful, perfectly meeting the needs of a well-rested traveler. It's only a ten-minute drive from the Batu Rahmah Mosque, making it super convenient for sightseeing and everyday errands. Overall, the stay was excellent, and it's a great value for money choice in Banda Aceh. You can book with confidence when visiting Banda Aceh!"

"Disappointing Stay – Poor Hygiene and Basic Amenities Missing The room was not properly cleaned and there were no slippers provided. The toilet and shower were dirty, and the shower water had a strong chlorinated/salty smell which made it very unpleasant to use. The air conditioning was not functioning properly and failed to cool the room adequately. The breakfast was also very disappointing — poor quality with very limited options, not what you would expect from the listing. I would not recommend this property until significant improvements are made in cleanliness, maintenance, and food quality."

"The hotel reopened after changing its name, and my friend and I booked two rooms. We fled that hotel that night and chose another one. I can only say it was incredibly dirty. It was so dirty it gave me the creeps. The photos on the hotel's Ctrip page are photoshopped images taken after the hotel changed its name in 2024. Please do not believe them."

"We arrived early at the hotel after travelling from Medan. The reception staff were amazing and (via Google translate) helped us massively with taxi's, ferry tickets and food. The room is basic, but very clean, quiet, comfortable-we all slept well. The breakfast was great and once again the reception staff helped us get a last minute rickshawx2 to the ferry port. Possibly the best hotel and service on our four week holiday in Indonesia and Asia."

After I check out,the staff kindly allowed me to store my luggage at the reception.This gave me the oppurtunity to explore Banda Aceh before my scheduled ferry to Sabang at 4pm.
