We had a great stay. The place was very clean, modern, and maintained, which made it really comfortable for us. The hosts were also accommodating that they allowed us an early check in so we could leave our bags, which we really appreciated. They were responsive and even checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was okay. location is excellent and surrounded by plenty of food options, making it easy to explore and grab meals nearby. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Easy self check-in process, clear instructions were given. Nice room, could be better if a foot towel was provided for the bathroom. Didn't manage to check out the common areas as I have to leave quite early, but granola was provided in the room for breakfast/snacks and according to the leaflet shared by the owner they do provide milk as well in the shared kitchen.

地理位置不錯，在坡上，離布里斯託大學比較近，但如果要去市中心或者是車站就需要爬那個很陡的上下坡。 房間是在一個經典的老維多利亞時期的樓裏，是沒有電梯的，衹有木地板鋪上一層毯子作為樓梯。我的房間窗是打不開的，也沒有電扇，如果是再熱一些的日期住進去會感覺比較熱。 衞生還可以，除了提供的餐具和碗比較臟，其他的睡眠用品和毛巾浴巾都算乾淨。共用的衞浴打掃也還可以，提供一些洗髮水沐浴露，洗手枱旁邊有洗手液。 房間地板因為老化會有嗝滋的聲音，和隔壁房間的隔音一般，屬於白天沒法長呆，晚上睡個覺是可以的。Wi-Fi是全天都有。 辦入住Checkin前這個民宿會提前發郵件，要簽一個同意書agreement，然後才會把自助入住的流程發過來，也可以打電話問
