"This time I stayed at the new hotel in Xishuangbanna, which left a very good experience for this trip. The overall layout of the room is warm, clean and tidy, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. The service staff is warm and friendly. The location is convenient and cost-effective. There is a public underground parking lot about 20 meters diagonally opposite the hotel. The parking fee is 15 yuan when scanning the code at the hotel. There is no longer a fee for entering and leaving the parking lot within 24 hours. It is convenient to drive and travel. It is recommended to stay."

"Very good value for money. Cheapest hotel around we found, but except an aircon you get everything you need: perfect shower, all toiletries provided as well as water, we were even gifted two apples. Rooms are not very big, but okay. Everything was clean and staff very friendly. We could park our bicycles safely inside in the room next to the lobby. However be aware there is no elevator (we were on 4th floor, but stairs went up higher)."

"Good location of 2 mins walk to bus stop & mini market, bus to Yuxi Train station is 5mins and cost US$0.15. Bus rides to famous scenic locations and Historic Old street of hotspot cafes, noodle shops are only 5-15 mins away. Hotel is managed by a young couple who are very hospitable and helpful, very welcoming of foreign travellers. Hotel room is comfortable with good mattress, clean and warm duvet for this 12c Yunnan weather, bath towel and shampoo, good wifi signal, hot water shower, water boiler for coffee. As Solo female backpacker who felt very safe in this hotel stay, I highly recommend this listing!"

"It took me a few days to remember that the room that was provided with breakfast was opened at that time. When I went to have dinner at 8 o'clock the next morning, there was not even porridge or eggs, and there was nothing else. If the breakfast was complimentary, it was not included. It was bought with money, but there was nothing to eat."

The advantage is that the check-in service is good, the cultural tourism town is good, not far from the cliff top park and breakfast shop.
The disadvantage is that the room facilities are average, especially the table is swaying.
The location is not biased, just on the east side of the entrance and exit of the town gate.
In terms of environment, the community is a cultural and tourism project operated by Longhu Construction. Property planning and gardens are the strengths of Longhu. It is a relatively high cultural and tourism plate. The security is more responsible. The entrance and exit gates will be inquired. In the morning, there are cleaning and greening.
On the service, the owner of the stay sent a series of tips on eating and playing, because the town is quite remote, the package is basically just needed, and there is basically no need to guide with tips.
The comprehensive evaluation was acceptable, and another hotel was changed the next day.

The hotel owner was very enthusiastic and gave us a detailed guide to the tour. He provided good service and was humorous.
The restaurant downstairs in the hotel is also theirs, and they gave us discounts on meals. The copper pot fish and copper pot stewed rice are good local specialties and worth recommending.

EEva13I had a very comfortable stay in this small hotel. The room was big enough and everything was very clean, the bed smelled nice and the owner is very kind and ready to help. The location is nice too, a bit away from the main street, so it is very peaceful at night, but still close to all the places in the city. If you prefer to stay in a smaller more private place than a big hotel, then this is a good place for you! Highly recommend it!

GGuest UserWe booked online a ”standard single room”, for two people. We were in a hurry so we didn't look carefully all the info online, we only saw that the room was 15 m². When we arrived, we realized that 1/ the room is much smaller than that (there's basically only room for the double bed, nothing else) 2/ the toilets and bathroom are shared. We are a couple travelling on a budget, so we're totally okay with shared bathrooms, but this one was really small and also smelly, so we asked to change for a better room, with private bathroom. This new room was fine, but in the end, we paid a total of 68 yuan, for a much more basic room than other rooms we slept in for lower prices. Apart from that, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is great, directly next to a lot of shops and delicious street food.
