Their service was thoughtful, they were warm and polite, and very efficient. When I was hungry, the butler promptly brought a thoughtful bowl of late-night congee – I was really touched! The breakfast was also delicious, just like homemade. All in all, it was a very comfortable stay and great value for money. The infinity pool on the fourth floor is unique and absolutely beautiful. I’ll definitely choose this place again next time!"

"Extremely satisfied. The front desk service was excellent. The room was spacious and bright, with no unpleasant odors. The soundproofing was superb. Even the pillows were thoughtfully provided, with two thicknesses. As someone with neck problems, I preferred the thinner pillow. The hotel is right across from the lakeside park. It's very close to Nie Er Music Square, about a 10-minute walk, and also convenient to Jiulongchi Park, a 15-minute walk to the bus stop. A taxi ride isn't far either. This will definitely be my first choice next time I visit Yuxi."
