First and foremost, a huge shout-out to the two front desk staff, Xiao He and Xiao Zhou – they were incredibly kind and attentive. Check-in was exceptionally quick and efficient, without any delays. They proactively introduced us to nearby attractions, breakfast times, and hotel facilities, patiently and meticulously answering any questions we had. Their service was truly heartwarming. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and all amenities were provided. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a undisturbed night's rest. The breakfast selection was plentiful and delicious, and the common areas were spotless. Overall, the facilities are new, the environment is elegant, and the service is impeccable. The warm and welcoming service from Xiao He and Xiao Zhou was a huge plus. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area, and I highly recommend it!"

It's a highly recommended hotel, and the breakfast selection was quite good with tasty options too!"

"The B&B is in the community, not easy to find, and there are few places to eat nearby. The room is well ventilated, the balcony has a view of Fuxian Lake, there is a washing machine, and there is a heater in the shower. The disadvantages are that the hardware facilities are not of good quality, the decoration layout is not good, the room inside cannot be closed because the bed is too big, and the other bed is facing the entrance door. There is no place to dry clothes in the whole apartment, and there is no hook to hang towels on the sink."

Every time I need to enter or exit, I have to call the hotel to open the door, and the phone is often unreachable, severely impacting my travel efficiency. 3. The room had poor soundproofing, and the cleaning noise, combined with the renovation noise, made it virtually impossible to sleep."

I also liked the tea table in the room. I was a Huazhu member for several years, but unfortunately, my platinum membership has been discontinued due to the pandemic, which is a bit of a shame. Visited Yuxi to admire the winter plum blossoms at Yuyuan Garden and played with the seagulls at Dounan Wetland."

"A very amazing stay experience. I think this is the best B&B in Fuxian Lake District. Facilities: Both the selection of toiletries and electrical appliances in the room are very tasteful and very easy to use. Hygiene: The room is very clean and has no odor. Environment: Sit on the terrace and enjoy the beautiful view of Fuxian Lake. The cafe downstairs is very unique. The curtain on the top of the front desk gives the wind a very spiritual design. Service: From the moment we parked the car to help with luggage, we provided smiling service throughout the process. We were also very patient when trying on clothes and taking photos. The quality of the clothes we tried on was also quite good, which is completely different from the general free try-on quality. I will choose this B&B next time I have the chance."
