This is a fantastic guesthouse! I stayed three nights. The courtyard only has four rooms, located inside the ancient city, not far from the main road, making transportation convenient. It's also close to the main scenic area, perfect for a relaxing trip – you can go back and rest after sightseeing and eating. The reception area even has a refrigerator and microwave, which is very convenient. The courtyard is tastefully and elegantly decorated, and in the mornings, you're greeted by the sounds of birdsong and the fragrance of flowers. I would definitely recommend it to any friends or family visiting Qingzhou. Qingzhou is a city rich in history and culture.

Beautiful environment, the lady boss is very welcoming The location is excellent, right in the ancient city, convenient to go anywhere The room is very clean, the boss and the lady boss are very talkative The price is affordable, there is a small pond for fish in the courtyard, and there is a pure black cat named Laicai with a good personality If I have the opportunity to come next time, I will choose this place again. It is comfortable to stay and I can rest assured to bring my children here!

The Xinghui Tea-themed Stay is actually a very pretty place. It is artistically designed & seems to be newly renovated with modern facilities. Its toilet takes after the so-called Japanese style. Unfortunately the air conditioning system didn’t appear to work well because we woke up bathed in sweat in the middle of the night. In our sleepy state we couldn’t figure out how to make it cooler. That was a real dampener. Otherwise it’s just off the main happening street which ensures it’s not noisy. A good place to stay if you want to explore the ancient city after dark. That is if they fix the air conditioner! works!

Facilities: Pretty much everything you'd expect was there, but why were there 3 sets of dental kits and no comb? Also, the soap dispenser pump was dirty. The pillows were very comfortable, and they even sold them. It seems like they put all their effort into the bedding and neglected everything else. Hygiene: The tissue box had water in it, so it was unusable. Environment: It's really close to Fucai Gate, which makes getting into the ancient city very convenient. Service: The front desk staff who checked me in initially answered questions stiffly and robotically. However, later that night, due to loud noise from the air conditioner's outdoor unit in the next room, the front desk promptly helped me switch rooms, which was commendable service.

I am a foreigner, I previously lived in weifang for 4 years however this was my first time visiting this particular hotel. My partner and I had an amazing experience during my stay there. The receptionists were all very friendly, kind and welcoming. The room service was always on time and the facilities were well maintained as well as neat. I am extremely impressed and happy with my overall experience during my stay at this hotel .

This is a stylish and artsy guesthouse with affordable prices and an accommodation environment that exceeded my expectations. I was very satisfied with the cleanliness; it seems like Shandong people are hardworking, capable, and clean. The location is also great, convenient for dining, right next to Qingzhou Songcheng, and there's a riverside for strolls. It's a short walk to the commercial street and a good distance to try local Qingzhou specialties. The courtyard is quiet despite being in a bustling area, pet-friendly, and the dog doesn't sleep on the bed or pee in the house, making it a happy place to hang out. The projector was also great. The owner recommended the currently free parking lot, which is close to the guesthouse and safe to park without getting a ticket. The recommended breakfast was also delicious and affordable.

The hotel is clean. The outside may look a bit old, but the inside is quite clean and tidy. But we booked a room. There were many of us, but the water was not complete. There were not enough towels, but the hotel was very kind and found some. Even though we couldn't find a large towel, they still gave us a small one, which was still usable. Oh, there aren't many restaurants or 7-Elevens near the hotel, but there are small grocery stores. It's a bit hard to find food near the hotel. People there eat breakfast very early, around 8-9 am, and then they close the shop. We have to go out and find something else to eat, which is okay. But the hotel is near the Payjan MRT station, but it's a bit far from the tourist attractions. If you're traveling, it's better to find a place near the tourist attractions because it's very difficult to find a car here. The bus takes a long time to come. Normally, we travel by calling a car all the time, so the cost of traveling to each place is expensive. So I recommend finding a hotel in the city or a hotel near the tourist attractions. But if you come to relax or do business, this is another option that is quite clean and not expensive.

The room is quite big, the sofa is too small, can you put two together so small? In addition, there are two bottles of mineral water in the room, the front desk service is good, and the mineral water is given, but why is there no tea and coffee in the room? Breakfast is average, porridge water is added more, less rice

Truly incredible, this was my first time in 青州 but it will definitely not be the last, location is in the midst of the city and right next to the ancient town and street. It's also located near a very old village they are sweet people and I recommend going, the boss recommended it (entry is 40yuan, but it's definitely worth it). Boss is very friendly and helpful. The stay was clean and nice, and I'll book this next time again.
