"Seeing it was ranked No.1 on the platform for luxury hotels in Weifang, I didn't hesitate to choose this hotel for my first visit to the city. My two-night stay was an excellent experience. The value for money is outstanding. The hotel boasts a prime location right in the city center and is close to Weifang Station. With Wanda Plaza next door, dining, entertainment, and shopping are incredibly convenient. I was pleasantly surprised and touched to receive a free upgrade to a suite upon check-in! Thank you! The suite was very spacious with a well-thought-out layout, and the facilities were complete, high-quality, and luxurious. The room had floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides, making it bright, airy, beautiful, and comfortable. It featured a living room, a vanity, two TVs, two bathrooms, and a walk-in closet. The double-faucet vanity, a standard in five-star hotels, was fantastic. The bathtub was large and pristine. The hotel service was excellent, and we received complimentary welcome fruit. The front desk and housekeeping staff were polite, friendly, attentive, and diligent – highly commendable! Breakfast offered a rich variety, with delicious Chinese and Western dishes. The coffee was excellent and offered for takeaway, which is a nice touch! The Pinzhen Chinese Restaurant on the second floor had exquisite dishes that tasted great. The Executive Lounge on the first floor provided a quiet and comfortable environment for happy hour light dinners, with a good selection of hot and cold dishes, main courses, snacks, beverages, desserts, and fruits. The male and female staff were very polite, well-mannered, and professional. My stay completely exceeded expectations. I highly recommend the Pullman Weifang to anyone visiting Weifang."

"I stayed here for three days on a business trip, and I have to give a shout-out to the front desk staff at Hansing Weis. I was in a panic on the day I was rushing to catch the high-speed train because I forgot my ID. The front desk lady patiently walked me through the process of getting an electronic check-in certificate online, guiding me every step of the way without any hint of impatience. Later that afternoon, I unexpectedly needed to print some contracts, and the front desk printed and bound them for me free of charge. Then, one night after a business dinner, I realized I'd forgotten my room key. I called the front desk in the middle of the night, and they brought a new card up to my room within two minutes. They're efficient and get things done without delay, and their communication is straightforward – no unnecessary pleasantries. The hotel's location is convenient for getting around, and the front desk even recommended some reliable local restaurants nearby. It's excellent value for money, making it my top choice for business travel. I highly recommend it to anyone frequently on business in Weifang."

"My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were the most helpful warm and friendly hotel people we have ever seen in China. And they also gave my wife a small birthday gift which was a nice surprise. The room was huge with a nice layout, totally clean and modern simple Chinese style design. We chose this place for the idea of a hot pool in the room. It was also unexpectedly bigger that we thought, although a very basic simple design. The water was already prepared by the staff while were having dinner. Although it was an ok experience in the pool, we felt it was not really hot enough and it seemed to have no option to adjust it. We also thought such a pool would have the bubble jet option but that also did not seem to be. As we had to translate the control panel maybe we did not see other options but everything seemed to be a preset automatic one option. Although there are signs about the tiles around the pool about being slippery it felt very uneasy getting out trying not to slip and my wife did slip a little. Some kind of non slip surface on the stairs would be a big improvement. The breakfast buffet was pretty good with plenty of options. Mostly because of how friendly and good the staff were we plan to return in the warmer months to try a cabin."
