1、酒店在竹山景區內，自駕進山需交60元按金，退房時會退回，固定車位不多，但是沿路可停，距離酒店也不遠。 2、作為一個主打温泉主題的酒店，室內衹開一個水池且水温也是26度左右，室外衹開一個泳池，是不是有點兒説不過去？最有意思的是因個人特殊情況無法下水但想進去陪孩子玩一下，被告之不管遊不遊都要交費，後來經過交涉才同意衹可以把孩子送進去交給爸爸然後馬上出來（因為兩個孩子都是女孩）。再者住宿客人贈送的門票可以無限次進入，但是同行的孩子必須進一次買一次門票，真的很無語。 3、客房服務:首先前台是一個酒店的門面，可是前台既沒有穿統一工裝，也對酒店所在景區的其他設施一問三不知。其次當住店客人用手機拔打酒店前台電話反應房間內的電話無法使用時，接聽電話的服務人員也沒能及時解決，直到退房也沒有人溝通解決。 4、餐飲:因酒店的位置比較偏遠，周邊沒有設施，所以衹能在酒店用餐，但是週末衹能吃自助餐（不是我們常規意義上的自助餐，30元一位的盒飯自助），而且適合孩子口味的菜特別少。 雖然在吃住上有些失望，但是景區遊玩設施的服務人員讓我很感動，因為第一次去，而且帶着孩子，所以打了個電話想確認一下，沒想到接電話的師傅親自開車帶着我們去玩了想玩的項目，省了好多力氣，而且還很貼心地送了漂流用的雨衣雨褲。
